Nous avions loué une voiture type Toyota Aygo et finalement à notre grande surprise nous avons eu une Dacia Stepway ce qui nous a ravi d’avoir une voiture plus spacieuse.
Par contre, l’employé au retour du véhicule n’etait pas très sympathique, pas du tout souriant et nous a expédié à la vitesse de l’éclair.

Easy booking, excellent price with booking several months in advance.
They didn't inform me about the insurance when picking up the car, only mentioned the deposit. In the end, they charged me 3599.82 RMB for insurance. It's a rip-off! Currently appealing to the rental company.

We liked the car. Service for us at collection and drop off were good but another customer was getting a hard sell for extra insurance which would put us off renting with budget again. We did have to queue a long time to pick up the car.
Efficiency is low and work is slow, waited a long time with only a few people in line. Seems like most French workers are like this. Their attitude is acceptable.
La voiture n’aurait pas dû être louée car elle devait partir à la révision des 25000 km. Pour cette raison, à chaque démarrage, le GPS me proposait de me rendre dans le garage le plus proche pour effectuer la maintenance. la voiture n’était pas propre, il restait même une grande bouteille laissée par le locataire précédent. Manque de professionnalisme évident.

Voiture agréable à conduire et confortable mais sale à la réception : carrosserie, sable présent dans l’habitacle et pas de lave-glace.
les suppléments (2ème conducteur, diminution franchisse) double le prix de résa !
