Arrivée à l'aéroport avec 1h en avance.
Refus au guichet de débuter la longue procédure de récupération. Nous devons revenir, refaire la queue une demi-heure, puis attendre la remise des clés, 25 min. Finalement, nous nous installons dans la voiture une bonne heure après l'heure de réservation.

Retour du véhicule désastreux avec un agent qui facture 240€ pour une minuscule éraflure de 5cm sur l’enjoliveur... Malhonnête et scandaleux!

Réservation impeccable.
Service client efficace, j’ai pu récupérer les frais avancés grâce à l’assurance proposée.
Voiture parfaite pour 4 personnes, malheureusement nous étions 5. Nous avons eu une 2008 et il n'y a pas 3 vraies places à l'arrière. De même l’accessibilité n'est pas optimale. L'équipe de Budget a été très bien, c'est juste le véhicule qui n'était pas vraiment dans nos attentes.
The counter staff sold us and upgraded our booking to a "more econonical" car for an extra 6€ per day.
The car we got was new, bigger and spacier, but far from economical. We drove around 450km and we needed to tank 51l of petrol. That is 11,33l fuel consumption per 100km. We felt mislead by the counter staff.
Moreover, the car had very bad sound insulation. On an open highway, it was so loud inside the car that we couldn't talk to normally each other or listen clearly to the radio.
Lastly, the garage for drop-off is very dirty and there is no elevator to go back to ground level (from -4 level). We had to take dirty stairs with insufficient lighting where homeless people sleep in order to get out of the garage building. Not a very pleasant experience.
I mentioned many times at the counter that I had already purchased comprehensive insurance from my home country, but they kept trying to sell me their glass and commercial insurance. They wouldn't give me the keys, saying we needed that insurance to cross into Belgium. We had no choice but to buy it. Initially, they said it would be 65 euros, but with taxes, it ended up being over 80 euros.
When renting cars from other places, they always give confirmation receipts. Here, there's none. Is it to force us into buying additional insurance? I clearly stated when picking up the car that I didn't need extra insurance, but still got charged for it after returning the car!
A terrible car rental experience. Because we had a lot of luggage, we specifically rented a Volvo V90 Station Wagon (810 per day). When we arrived, they said they didn't have it, and the only automatic car available was a BMW 3 Series. They told us to take it or leave it. I was instantly frustrated! Later, they said they had a manual SEAT SUV (other rental websites offer it for 300 per day). You can imagine the disappointment of swapping a luxury brand flagship like Volvo for a budget brand manual SEAT. The staff insisted they were of the same level, OMG! Finally, they said they would refund 88 euros, not because of the downgrade, but out of sympathy for me. Since my other credit cards were out of money, I used an old credit card at this shop. After a 6-hour self-drive, we arrived at our destination only to find that my card had been fraudulently charged 110,000 pesos in Argentina. I quickly called the bank to freeze the card and had to go to an ATM late at night to prove I wasn't in Argentina. It was definitely the staff who did it because he was the only one who had used my card. The next day, I had to report it to the local police. It was the most troublesome trip in my six years of driving abroad. I wonder if the car rental company can handle it well. If not, I'll post about this on forums like Tianya and ShuiMu Community!
Had to wait 2 hours in total to get the car even if I booked online. Very low service. Waited one hour and a half standing at queue and only 6 customers in front of me. After this, had to wait another 30min. outside for the car and I didn't get the car I booked.
Upon arrival, I was made to wait for nearly an hour. They didn't inform me in advance that a similar model wasn't available and directly gave me a lower-class car, forcing me to accept it. After two hours of arguing, they finally replaced it with a similar-class vehicle. However, when returning the car, they charged me an extra €956. When I asked why, the counter for different location returns just shrugged it off. Terrible car rental company.

texte affichage GPS très petit. Pas de signalétique loueurs lorsque l'on arrive à Lille-Flandres.
Difficulté à retrouver le lieu de retour véhicule. La signalétique ne fait pas très professionnelle (documents plastifiés et collés au mur et notice explicative très brouillon, pas digne d'une enseigne de loueur international).
Only electronic signatures, no paper records. I bought full insurance from the rental car company through Zuzuche. However, the rental car company still asked me to purchase additional insurance, which I didn't quite understand and ended up signing for. Consequently, I was charged an extra one thousand dollars for insurance. Zuzuche later translated the insurance names for me. I don't understand Chinese terms very well, let alone French.

Donc des photos car portes latérales avant abîmées et siège arriere tout collant!!!!
Personne pour m aider à rentrer la voiture dans un espace de location tout petit dans un parking souterrain ;heureusement un monsieur m a aidée à manoeuvrer sans quoi j aurais probablement rayé la carrosserie...
Donc bilan mitigé....
Long wait to get to thé counter, then a long walk to the car to find out somebody else was already leaving with it. I had to go back and get another car.
La voiture elle avait des impacts un peu partout ,à l’accueil ils m’ont dit que c’est très propre ,c’est pour ça j’ai pris plein de photos des impacts avant mon départ
I was forced to buy additional insurance without my knowledge, and over 200 euros were charged to my credit card without reason. Awful service! I didn't even get the Volvo I booked.
