Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago

Like: Quick pickup after and before my flights; friendly transfer drivers and counter staff, fun car (jeep!)

Like: clean fast, car was ready when i pulled in, my check out was fast and nice thx

Like: Great Jeep for a very reasonable price. Staff was all very nice.
Dislike: Make sure to read the terms and conditions of the rental - I have never experienced a company that, no matter if your plane was delayed and you paid in full, would release your reserved vehicle and charge you full price if you were more than 2 hours late. You can avoid this by calling and letting them know but we were stuck on the tarmac with horrible cell phone reception so we couldn't call. Luckily, we made it with 10 minutes to spare but still they said that there is no flexibility with that policy and that seems crazy. I paid beforehand so that vehicle should be waiting for me no matter how late my pick-up is.

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.

Like: Give us an upgraded car for no extra price due to what they had available. Fairly priced.
Dislike: Wait time. Was worried about being late for my plane.

Car had 2 bad front tires. Also was charged hidden fees.

Like: I got an excellent price for my rental vehicle, and they upgraded me for free. It was awesome
Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate

Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent

About 25 days after returning the car, unexplained charges appeared. Even now, over a month later, I can't determine the cause, which is disappointing.
