The staff's Italian-English is indeed hard to understand, but fortunately, I was already familiar with the car rental process beforehand. Compared to other major car rental companies, this store had fewer customers, so the waiting time was shorter.

Huge five-star review for Sicily by Car!!! The staff are very attentive and even upgraded us to an Audi A1 for free. The car was very new, with just over 8000 kilometers. We bought full insurance, and despite many scratches from our road trip, we weren't charged a penny! A hundred thousand thanks! The car pick-up spot is on the underground level 1 of Terminal 1 at the airport. Make sure to pay attention to whether you should go downstairs from the parking garage or the car rental office, as we went around in circles and wasted some time.

Waited too long! Only a few people but it took about 40 minutes. Everything else was fine.

The car rental store in Milan is quite a distance from the parking lot. We had to drag two heavy suitcases across two streets and up to the third floor of the parking lot to find the place. Luckily, a staff member appeared halfway, so we didn't have to search for long.

Hardly any waiting in line

The staff's attitude was poor, that's the first issue. Secondly, we arrived during their opening hours, but right after we got there, it was their closing time. Therefore, the staff charged us a 44 Euro system fee.

The store's service is quite good, but the car was really old. It's the first time I've encountered a car with 50,000 kilometers, whether domestically or internationally. Plus, the first car they gave me was faulty, and it was only fine after they replaced it.

Terrible experience. After renting cars in over 10 countries for so many years, this is the first time I’ve faced this. Because I used a China UnionPay credit card, they forced me to buy additional insurance.

No invoice available, bad service. Downloading invoices online never works, rubbish system.
