Friendly staff and easy process. A little unclear on where to find our car and also how to enter the return rental car area, but in all, a great experiences.

Wonderful company who was easy to reach when our flight was delayed and they let the rental car company know.

Je n ai pas eu la voiture réservée sur Internet. J avais réserve un Opel Crossland (petit suv) et j ai eu une Peugeot 308. L Opel était pourtant bien présente sur le parking et je n ai pas compris pourquoi je ne l ai pas eue. L intérieur de la 308 n était pas propre. L essuie glace arrière avait été enlevé (Sans doute vole) et non remis.

Well organized at the Reception, Veronica if I'm not mistaken, they were expecting me, got Fiat 500L instead of Ford Fiesta in few minutes I was done by the reception but had to walk 300 meters to the parking in order to pick up the car.

It's my 4th time in a row I am renting via EasyRentCar & I did recommend it to many of my friends.

The car was good, a few little scuffs in addition to the ones they had marked on the document that I had to point out to them. The car was supposed to be full of fuel but there was no way of telling to be sure as the petrol indicator goes down in segments. and it showed full. 20 miles up the road and it went down a segment (quarter of a tank) so I estimate it was about 15 euros shorts - leaving me out of pocket as I filled it up twice (one half way through our two day hire and once on return). I told the receptionist on return and asked for a credit, but she refused saying there was no way of her knowing, that she has to rely on people bringing the car back full, if the guage says full then as far as she was concerned it was full - but I assured her it wasn't. I think the next time we have one of these cars with the digital fuel indicater I will check the petrol at the first petrol station that I come across to make sure, and then take it back the same. It's the only way to beat these people is to do the same as the last person who hired the car and that is cheat!. Other than that I have no other issues with Sicily By Car, the man on pick up was friendly and there was no issue with taking the car back with the usual dirt on it like you would on a two day car hire drive. Price on this occassion was good.

Quite slow service in picking up point, the car was not ready to be taken.

Our flight arrived on time perfectly, but we spent one and a half hours cueing at passport control and we incurred in a £37.64 penalty for late pick up, even though we informed the desk staff throughout the delay. This was extremely unfair as it wasn't our fault being trapped cueing at passport control.

They did not allow me to rent a car. I don't know if I was misled by Zuzuche or the rental company.

I received a Romanian made Dacia car even without parking sensor a model of 5 years a go , even if the car was new with low kilometers on the records It’s true it was saying ford siesta or similar but the Dacia even if new car was an old model All other was fine, maybe they guess I was the one to give a unwanted car , as I see other Ford Fiesta and in the similar range several cars It’s the second time I use Sicily by car the previous one was fine this time I am not really satisfied only for the car received, such car shall not new be there ! I am not sure I will use them again as with this experience I am but discouraged

Although the pickup time was slightly long, overall it was pretty good. The car was quite new.

I think you should state clearer that the pick up desk is in a rent car terminal not in the actual airport terminal. It was confusing when we arrived. However the car was excellent.

Debit card is not enough and credit card is required for booking.

The staff at Sicily by Car in Rome was incompetent. it took us over 90 minutes to pick up our car. And since we were in Rome for only that evening, we were very disappointed!
