Reserved for 9:00, arrived at 8:50, there was a customer ahead processing their rental, took quite a while, waited for over ten minutes. Finished at 9:12. If there are others picking up cars at the same time, expect to wait for some time.

Firstly, the pickup address didn't match the one provided in the order. It was supposed to be 74, but it was actually 100, which cost us half an hour. Secondly, the first car they gave us was broken. The rental company handed me the keys, and when I went to the garage to collect the car from the intermediary, I found it was broken. The intermediary didn't care, so I had to walk 300 meters back to the rental company to get a replacement car, which took another hour. Lastly, after admitting the car issue and apologizing for their service attitude, the new car had only 6 liters of fuel when it should have had a full tank of 52 liters. When returning the car, they refused to refund the fuel difference, implying it was my bad luck to get a broken car. Seriously?

Returned the car in a different city. The staff's English was poor at pickup and the process was slow, but the staff at drop-off was efficient.

When our car was broken into and our luggage was stolen, the rental company staff refused to come and assist us.

Picking up the car was very convenient, and they answered all my questions clearly.

The car rental store in Milan is quite a distance from the parking lot. We had to drag two heavy suitcases across two streets and up to the third floor of the parking lot to find the place. Luckily, a staff member appeared halfway, so we didn't have to search for long.

They just told us we couldn't rent a car with a license without a driving record and then ignored us.

The rental company's staff made several errors while entering information, made personal calls, and worked very slowly.

Hardly any waiting in line

The staff's attitude was poor, that's the first issue. Secondly, we arrived during their opening hours, but right after we got there, it was their closing time. Therefore, the staff charged us a 44 Euro system fee.

The company charged me incorrectly!!!! They stopped responding after I raised an objection!!

I bought full insurance through the car rental platform, but when picking up the car, the rental company said it was not full coverage and that I would need to pay an additional 100 euros for it. However, the final charge for this insurance was over 170 euros. Initially, I didn't want to buy this insurance, but if I didn't, the deposit would be 1400 euros; with this insurance, it reduced to 400 euros. I ended up buying it, but I'm not very satisfied.

No invoice available, bad service. Downloading invoices online never works, rubbish system.

There was a long queue when picking up the car, the staff were unfriendly and slow. It took over an hour to get the car.
