Steven was not professional. His language was not appropriate or professional. He tried to give me an SUV and argued with me that I what I requested. I showed him my reservation for a Nissan Versa or similar. The manager looked at my reservation and explained to him that it was transferred and looks as if U -Save staff entered it wrong. Steven upgraded me to a Hyundai Sonata (I think) after multiple requests of me telling him I DID NOT want an upgrade. He said it’s ok, it’s free, I got you. I told him again that I did not want that car. I accepted it because this process had been too frustrating. I was not given a pass to get out of the gate and had to sit at the gate for 10 minutes. I had to get out of the car and go find a hotel person to let me out.

No problem booking.

The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and convenient. The customer service was excellent and they could communicate in Mandarin.

We arrived at the rental company near midnight, and the line was very long with only two staff members handling customers. After a long wait, more staff finally joined. There were no explanations in Chinese as mentioned earlier, which was a bit different from what we were told.

No upselling during pickup. Great service.

Both pickup and dropoff were smooth and quick. Service attitude was good.

Overcharged for upgrades

Up sell of prepaid fuel on drop off was way more expensive than doing it myself. They told it its at a cheaper price per gallon when i got the car to do that.

Brand new car was filthy, had delivery protective stickers hanging off it and the glass was dirty, couldn’t see out in the sunlight, had to wash car after leaving the airport!

Easy booking process, cheaper than other websites!

They thought I didn't understand English and selected an additional paid insurance for me. I later found out and had it corrected. They kept trying to sell me insurance and other unnecessary services. Returning the car was convenient.

The car Toyota Corolla was excellent condition. I enjoyed driving it. Check in was easy.

Booking was easy. Good source for getting good price for rental cars. I'll recommend to my friends.

Too pushy trying to upsell car and insurance

Very dissatisfied. This was my first time using this company. The person who attended to me was a woman, and without asking me, she added $500 of additional services. When I noticed and asked for a refund, she was reluctant. Meanwhile, there was an elderly white lady renting a car next to me, and this woman directly asked her if she wanted the service. The service was extremely poor! During the process, I had the customer service from the rental platform talk to her over the phone, but she was clearly unwilling and refused to take the call.

24-hour customer service, always available to help with any issues! There is a free shuttle bus directly to the pickup location, which is quite convenient!

I had already settled the bill, but ten days later, they charged me an additional $20.50. It's very confusing and seems excessive.

When picking up the RV, I told the staff that my English wasn't very good. They introduced the RV's features and usage instructions very slowly and in detail. When I repeatedly asked for clarification, they were very patient. When returning the RV, we were more than two hours late, past noon. We were supposed to be fined 300 dollars, but since the RV staff saw we had driven over 5,000 kilometers without any damage and had cleaned the RV, they waived the late fee and just asked me to send my wife a bouquet of flowers. Very humane.

The car was dirty, maintenance light was on, but had no problems with the vehicle

Pretty awful. The building was run-down, and there were approximately 50 people in line ahead of me. There was no air-con and it was very hot outside. The woman at the counter was very rude and almost did not accept my reservation because I purchased it in NZD. She gave me a "free" upgrade after I refused the offer to pay for one, and the vehicle I received repeatedly gave me a "low oil" warning - scary to drive!

Terrible, they charged me even though I filled up the tank.

There is a self-service machine for car pick-up, very convenient. The car is also very new, and the return process was smooth.

Not bad, but they charged for cleaning supplies twice.
