The car was similar to the Chevrolet Tahoe that we booked. We were given a Jeep Wagoner instead. It was a very big and spacious vehicle for our road trip. The customer service was excellent and smooth on both pick up and drop off. The only issue was the charge for a tank of fuel was a lot more expensive than if we purchased our own fuel.

The booking platform was very easy to use to compare vehicles and rental companies. My booking was held using my credit card. However, I needed to cancel my credit card for a security issue. The booking was thankfully not cancelled as a result and I contacted customer services to make a payment via an alternative credit card. The customer service was excellent.

Experience was very disappointing. Pick-up: you either are partner with Routes or you are not. At the counter I got the rehearsed "they did not give us all the information" which is simply non sense. The additional amount we had to pay for the second driver (£113) was different from what mentioned in the booking (£94). When we asked for explanation they printed the email received from Europcar and none of the numbers made any sense at all (rate between GBP and CAD was over 2). Luckily enough we only had to pay for the additional driver and the difference was small, but it was impossible to understand what we paid and what we needed to pay from the information provided. Drop-Off: we had to wait in the pick up queue as no one was available at the return counter. After 20 minutes of wait we were told we could leave the keys to one of their representative - which we eneded up doing - if the car was in the same condition. Not an experience I'd like to repeat.

Funciona perfecto y todo salió genial.

Normal, Hertz me gancho con Jetta y me otorgó un Corolla qué no fue de mi entero agrado, tengo mejor opcion solo, confíe y primera y última.

No tiene servicio en Español, llamé un par de veces y nadie contestó, que las oficinas operan en China, dudé.

They didn't have the car I ordered. Offered an alternative smaller car which didn't suit our needs. At first they told me to wait for 20 minutes for the car to arrive but after 2 minutes they give me an upgraded car that they had on premise.

The price tracking feature is fantastic, it reduced the price by a couple tens of dollars.

The car was great. The guy didn’t bring us our car like he did for other passengers and made us walk to get ours. Additionally, we did not get a drop off service although it was a 5 min or less drive to port and I told them I was pregnant.

QEEQ was fine to book with. However, when I’d thought we’d booked at the wrong rental place, they offered no help in transferring the car to another location. Fortunately, we found we did book at the right place but we were annoyed that QEEQ customer service would not have been able to assist us if we had not.
