The entire process went smoothly without any issues, and I received a brand new car. Remember to clean both the interior and exterior at the self-service car wash when returning the vehicle. Buying a €5 wash token from the machine is sufficient; don't buy extra since it’s non-refundable. Extra tokens can only be taken back home as souvenirs.

The vehicle was ok. There appeared to be a judder felt through the steering wheel from a certain speed, disappearing at a higher speed. Gears were difficult to operate. General drive was good and the seating was comfortable.

Unauthorized charges! Lots of after-sales issues, multiple passive charges without reason! Tons of errors!

The car I booked was unavailable, and they tried to sell me a huge, 3-seater Transporter vehicle used for moving goods/homes. Completely unsuitable for a 1000km family trip. After 2 hours, we got a different car.

Excellent. Car received as expected. We went skiing, needed to be towed in a place out of snow – Buchbinder support was excellent.

Counter staff at Munich Airport was a bit slow with 3 staff members working and a queue over 60 minutes. It was incredibly difficult to find the counter due to location and lack of visible sign.

Upon arrival, they required an 800 euro deposit. Make sure to check this before renting! It's a trap. Then the staff suggested I pay an additional 30 euros for insurance, reducing the deposit to 100 euros.

1. Delayed car pickup with a bad attitude. 2. Numerous after-sales issues after returning the car, especially when booking through a third-party platform. They shirk responsibility and make unfounded charges, repeatedly charging misconduct service fees without any proof. 3. Many hidden issues: firstly, due to the domestic rental platform acting as a middleman, and secondly, neither the rental platform nor Avis could provide sufficient evidence for the so-called violations and violation management fees. Users are inexplicably charged on their credit cards! There is no way to complain or appeal!
