The staff had a bad attitude and lacked patience.

Car was standard Fiat Panda, but was fine for me. The booking process was easy and I was met in arrivals Hall by agent. Car was waiting just outside terminal. Paperwork was completed and I was on the road in minutes. Check back in was also seamless. A real pleasure to use

I didn't get the Fiat 500 which i booked, instead i got a ran down Nissan Pixo..... The engine and gearbox gave the worst sounds ever, i was always afraid it's going to break down.

The service and car are both good but the pick up instruction is not clear. It says terminal pick up but it ended up to pick up the car by giving you a call.

The pick up instruction was wrong

I scheduled to pick up the car at 8:30 PM, but the guy actually arrived at 9:30 PM. There was a car replacement in between, feedback was timely, and thankfully the trip wasn't delayed.

The shuttle came right as we were getting to the pick up location and it was a short drive and easy check in process. We added a day last minute and then didn’t need it but still had to pay (understandable but wish they would have made that clear when we added on). Return was quick and easy as well.

Really affordable online reservation system, a third of what it would’ve cost otherwise.

Diffcultés de récupération du véhicule. Aucune aide de personnel. Problème administratif . Solution trouver au bout de 2h. Personnel non chaland . Pas agréable . un regret d’avoir choisi surprice rent a car. Difficultés de communication avec le personnel faisant mine de ne pas comprendre.

Stupid procedure didn’t accept any major credit or debit cards. They wanted a £1,300 deposit, ridiculous. Didn’t rent the car, and wasted my money.

Worst experience in the past 10 years. I was refused to pay by debit card and given no option but to buy again the insurance at double the price I already paid online- €15/day because I didn't have a credit card. Charged an out of hours fee for dropping off the car before 8:00. Pushed into hiring a tag for motorway at €1.85/day when I had to pay the tolls anyway and could have done without it as you could pay with cash or card at pay points. I felt bullied and ripped off. Only had a Toyota Aygo with no cruise control, no parking sensors no key remote lock, but I paid the price for a large premium car. Never ever will use this company nor reccomend to anyone.

The booking was all right- all good and thank you for all the options and smoothness of the booking.

1) Le loueur prétendait se situer sur le parking de l'aéroport alors qu'il organisait en réalité un service de navettes pour se rendre à son bureau et récupérer le véhicule. 2) Le loueur a prétexté la mention "débit" (qui signifie simplement "débit immédiat") sur ma carte de crédit Visa pour m'obliger à lui payer une assurance supplémentaire, alors que j'avais déjà souscrit toutes les assurances nécessaires via EasyRentCars. L'arnaque était apparemment bien rodée. 3) le personnel était profondément désagréable.

The car was very basic. Collection was long, we had to pay for a toll road box in the car and they held my credt card details incase there was any damage they could take up to €1500 which was a worry as my card was empty for my holiday. Also we took out insurance with another company which they told us was not really the right thing to do. The car had alot of marks and scratches and we was told we will be charged for any imperfection no matter how small. On the third day the engine management light, anti skid break and exclamation warning lights all came on. I contacted them and emailed images they said 'oh don't worry as the lights are yellow its ok if they change to red then they will collect it and we will have to go to the office by taxi and get another car" so it was a worry to be driving it with all the lights on. The whole experience was not nice, I would never use this company again.

Surprice nous a fait attendre 1 heure à l'aéroport Personne ne répond au téléphone Ils nous a été fait du chantage pour repayer une deuxième assurance car le plafond e la CB ne couvrait pas le montant de la garantie de 1500€. Au final au lieu de 30€ nous avons payé 120€ montant que nous aurions payé avec une autre société sans avoir tous ces désagréments. Plus jamais

Cost effective hire, however, be prepared for off airport transfer & return which will cost you time. Staff courteous and helpful.

Voulait que je signe le contrat sans que je puisse voir la voiture Parle mal Plaquettes de frein arrière à bout qui grince +++ dangereux pour la route surtout en montagne ..!!! Au retour font mines qu’il y a des rayures alors qu’elles étaient déjà là photo à l’appuie !! Je ne reprendrai plus jamais cette compagnie

I get other car then I requested (Fiat Panda instead of Fiat 500) If I knew that before I would have ordered another car. I wanted that model Fiat 500.
