Welcome were not very kind both time. The oil for the engine was critically low, we could have blown up the car engine. And they made us pay for the oil. I will never book surprice rent a car again, and I will pass the message.

Not a single problem with the site and booking

No USB charging port. No cruise control. Manual key entry. A little more modern and a bit less basic would be good

The location is hard to find as it is hidden at tithe back of a large building housing two car dealerships and a gym in addition to the rental place. I waited 2hrs 43 mins for vehicle pick up. There were only 4 bookings/groups of people in front of me. No cars came in during this period (ie I appears the delay was all office/admin related). We were all standing outside the office in the open. There were 3 seats (tho I was able to sit on my suitcase). No water. No coffee. No A/C. The staff did not make eye contact once so it felt like we were invisible. The folk in front of me had travelled from Italy; those behind from Australia and we had travelled all night from Canada. One group had a newborn. When I asked if I could drop off a touch later than scheduled as I was getting the car late the service staff were INCREDIBLY rude. I did not speak again (except if asked a question or addressed) for fear of some form of retribution. The car I received was badly damaged with scratches and dents everywhere but the service lady marked them down collectively as “one area of damage”. The form she marked onto appeared too vague. When I asked for a copy she said “photograph if you want”. I photographed the damage itself. (Fortunately the gent at the drop off time was pleasant and I did not need the photos). The drop off fortunately was not a bad experience.

The person who check the car out to us was very nice and the process was very smooth.

Absolutely horrible experience. Nobody picked us up from the airport for remote location of the car rental agency. No phones were answered. Agency asked for 2,000 euro deposit to use the car. Ended up using other reputable agency with no problems

When I arrived due to a delayed flight I had to pay an out of hours fee of 24.50, which was something outside of my control and was in no position to inform Surprice about. Additionally when we got there, my car was a Kia Picanto, nothing like a fiat 500 in the sense it was about 15 years old, done 120,000 miles and had blemishes all over it. Additionally there was no rear mirror wind screen wiper, the air con was non existent and the cigarette lighter would pull out when you tried to plug something in. That said, the little car did alright on the island and blended in, it had a lot of charm about it (we called it Dobby) from its amusing horn to extreme lack of power, it has left a number of talking points. The actual service eon pick up and drop off was both very polite and smooth and would probably use surprice again, just be a bit clearer on the car you're offering

We booked 2 cars and the whole experience flowed without a hitch. A+++++

First class service, great operation, no improvements needed just keep doing it

I was expecting a large estate car, as described a Citroen C5 or similar, I got a small SUV a Peugeot 2008 making it very tricky to fit all of our party and luggage in.

Very helpful staff but €48 after 8pm charge was not fully explained by yourselves.

Staff at Surprice upon returning car were rude and are currently trying to con me over supposed damage damage to car. Currently in dispute. Almost missed our return flight as initially refused to take us back to airport and had to cal a taxi. Spoliled our holiday.

The wait to pick up the car was extremely long for how few people were in line. It took on average 20-30 minutes for each party to fill out their paperwork and get their car. Surprice was extremely inefficient and slow and understaffed. As a result, we lost 2 hours of precious travel time

The pickup location address was completely wrong. Ended up taking a taxi to the airport to get the car. Please reimburse the taxi fare.

The drop off location was difficult to find as it appears to be in the Turkish Airways pavilion. Once inside the parking structure it was difficult to find the parking spaces. Also, having the fuel tank at half full when picked up almost ensures that I am going to spend more than necessary refueling the vehicle.

We did get to take the car we booked. Hidden charges galore totally more than €200 at SURPRICE, charge for collection after 8pm, they wouldn’t release car without their insurance even though we had separate cover for a year, didn’t except AMEC and wanted to charge for second driver in order to use a second persons card. Addition changes for toll road machine. Stead clear of this company

Booking was easy but will think twice next time and go with one of the more we’ll known car rental companies

Pointed out marks on the car to supplier. Not recorded by supplier. Took video as proof. Upon return of car the supplier tried to charge for chips on the car body. Didn’t accept. Showed video evidence and attitude changed. Very poor stunt to pull.

Was ok ..... will be very cautious in future. Surprise Rent a Car come across as being shifty.

No issues only one things there was not English translation onto some car documents

Nice car, a little too many dents on it but good ride. Staff was exceptionally helpful. First time booking with Surprice but very pleased with the overall service and support.

A bit too many scratches for a rental car but all very good, no problems what so ever.
