Booked a Nissan qashqai and got a Peugeot...was offered a Renault espace at €50 extra....put another driver on and it cost €54 extra When picked up the car the exterior was filthy and with these add on’s not a nice experience

Réservation faite à 12h00 car ce sont des créneaux horaires et notre train arrivait à 12h20. Surprise: le comptoir ferme à midi et aucune instruction n'était disponible sur la manière dont on pouvait récupérer la voiture. Plus une voiture disponible dans les autres loueurs, nous avons paniqué car nous devions aller à un mariage. Après plusieurs aller retours au comptoir (entre midi et deux donc tout fermé), nous avons heureusement trouvé une personne d'AVIS qui nous a expliqué que nos clés et contrat étaient disponibles dans un hôtel en face et nous en a donné le nom. AUCUNE info d'Europcar à ce sujet, ni directement à nous, ni même une info sur leur comptoir sur où était notre voiture de location, rien sur le contrat sur l'état de la voiture alors qu'il y avait des rayures, voiture sale. Service déplorable et une expérience très stressante.

J'avais une réservation prévue pour 12h le 28/06. La veille j'ai appelé le numéro de réservations pour prévenir que je prendrais la voiture qu'à 16h, car j'avais un examen a passer. Cette consigne a bien été noté par la centrale de réservations, mais l'agence n'a eu cure de cette consigne et ne m'a pas laissé les clefs et documents à l'hôtel partenaire (puisque l'agence est fermée le samedi après-midi). Bref, déplorable.

Had to wait along time for the car. Long queue. Not given a Kashqui equivalent and it was a manual not an automatic. Didn’t want to wait any more so accepted it. Our luggage just fitted in. Children had bags under their feet.

The car was good but luggage area was difficult getting a large case into the back seat of a two door car.

I had to wait for the confirmation and the delay announced was at least 3 days and I booked my car about 5 days before. So I was a bit unsecure if my request is canceled,I won't be able to find an other good price.

Bonjour, j'avais réservé une Peugeot 208, prenant en compte mon nombre de bagages ainsi que la taille des valises. Vous m'avez donné une Opel Corsa, de bien moindre capacité. Mes voyages aller et retour avec mes valises ont été pénibles et périlleux.

Took about 20 minutes to collect, but that's about normal. Staff pleasant, didn't try and hard sell and the car we were given was brand new. Drop off was easy and seamless. Overall fantastic.

On a eu un délai de 2h30 pour récupérer le véhicule. Inadmissible avec peu de personnel pour un nombre important de location connu. Bien évidemment attente debout dehors au soleil...

Overall satisfactory, but there are a few issues: 1. The rental fee and deposit are priced in euros, but the credit card was charged in dollars, increasing user costs. Although it's not much money, it's quite unpleasant. 2. After signing the paperwork, the car was supposed to be in the lot, but the lot staff said it wasn't there. We had to argue and wait for nearly an hour. Very dissatisfied. 3. After returning the car, I received an email about a charge for a traffic violation, but it did not specify the time, location, nature of the violation, or how it was handled. Frustrating.

Unable to provide better condition vehicle unless paid extra for upgrade. Only drive 800m and car exhaust was banging..poss missing rubber bush...so on returning to desk was provided with same model in much better condition!

Waited way too long to get the car which in a digital age is ridiculous. Things like driving licence etc can surely be scanned and sent in advance. No chance to review car condition. No one came with us to the car to check condition or to confirm where any existing knocks or scrapes. The result is them claiming an existing scrape was cause by me when we had absolutely no problems with the car. Furious. I have fully comp but that isn’t the point.

Easyrentcars was great. Slick and easy.

Poor service weren't open when we arrived despite agreeing they would be. No meaningful steps taken to remediate.
