Good value upgrade offered. Whole process vgood

The rental car had an additional charge of 60 EUR but I'm not sure why. There was a chip in the car's window that I didn't notice when picking it up.

Service from Keddy was excellent. Florian was very helpful and we were impressed with the whole process.

The overall experience was just average. Please note that there's a limit of 500 kilometers per rental, with an extra charge of 1 euro per additional kilometer. The car itself was pretty good, with more features than described.

Had to wait along time for the car. Long queue. Not given a Kashqui equivalent and it was a manual not an automatic. Didn’t want to wait any more so accepted it. Our luggage just fitted in. Children had bags under their feet.

The car was good but luggage area was difficult getting a large case into the back seat of a two door car.

First, the actual rented car was a diesel vehicle. During use, it suddenly showed a need to add AdBlue, otherwise it could not run normally after 100 km. After inquiring with customer service, I was told to buy AdBlue myself and then get reimbursed by the rental company. It took a lot of detours and wasted fuel to purchase AdBlue! Finally, after an hour, I bought it and got a receipt from the store (Total gas station). When returning the car, the rental company did not accept the receipt, claiming it did not list the AdBlue product name! We provided all evidence: a photo of the AdBlue warning displayed on the vehicle on the day of travel, photos of the purchase, and photos of adding AdBlue at the gas station, all with time stamps matching the receipt. We are still appealing and there has been no progress so far...

On a eu un délai de 2h30 pour récupérer le véhicule. Inadmissible avec peu de personnel pour un nombre important de location connu. Bien évidemment attente debout dehors au soleil...

Overall satisfactory, but there are a few issues: 1. The rental fee and deposit are priced in euros, but the credit card was charged in dollars, increasing user costs. Although it's not much money, it's quite unpleasant. 2. After signing the paperwork, the car was supposed to be in the lot, but the lot staff said it wasn't there. We had to argue and wait for nearly an hour. Very dissatisfied. 3. After returning the car, I received an email about a charge for a traffic violation, but it did not specify the time, location, nature of the violation, or how it was handled. Frustrating.

Waited way too long to get the car which in a digital age is ridiculous. Things like driving licence etc can surely be scanned and sent in advance. No chance to review car condition. No one came with us to the car to check condition or to confirm where any existing knocks or scrapes. The result is them claiming an existing scrape was cause by me when we had absolutely no problems with the car. Furious. I have fully comp but that isn’t the point.

Poor service weren't open when we arrived despite agreeing they would be. No meaningful steps taken to remediate.

Very bad experience. I clearly told them I didn't need insurance. Initially, they said the amount charged was a deposit, but later the receipt showed it was an insurance fee. Now I'm dealing with the car rental company. This is terrible! Be careful, everyone!
