Pas de soucis de réservation sur la plateforme, elle se fait assez rapidement et simplement...

Like: I like the fact that you kept your promise and reduced my rental cost when prices dropped. I liked the car and customer advisors efficiency.
Dislike: I would have like to hand the car back to your representative instead of dropping the key in a box. This removes any doubt about condition of it in return. Sat nav should be given as standard.

It's basically all about Europcar; Alamo doesn't really come into play at all, haha.

Excellent! Both picking up and returning the car were very smooth. The counter staff were professional and enthusiastic. Especially the girl who helped us during the return process, she was very helpful.

Car was dirty, smelt of cigarettes, had a broken rear wiper and tank was only 80% full. Issues noted by staff (who were polite), but no compensation

The location is easy to find, just a building next to the station. However, parking is on the 6th floor of the adjacent parking lot, which is quite a challenge.

I found the service attitude to be quite good. They didn't push me to buy local insurance. The staff was enthusiastic and attentive. A very nice experience.

Service was patient, but they replaced it with a smaller car instead of a car of the same class, which was unsatisfactory.
