Picking up the car was exceptionally easy, and there were no additional charges as some websites mentioned. Returning the car was so simple it was hard to believe; we just parked the car, the staff took the keys, and we were free to go. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff

I waited a really long time to get my car. They need an actual document showing your insurance. Visa and MasterCard are not enough. This really needs to change as it bogs down the whole exchange. Most of their customers are Chinese tourists who are accustomed to providing that but the company hasn’t yet understood how things are done in America.

Unfriendly, long wait

It was my first time trying YESAWAY, recommended by QEEQ. They offer Mandarin service which was clear and warm. The counter staff were patient and enthusiastic, with minimal waiting time. Very satisfied.

Friendly service, but a bit slow

The staff is very patient and there is 24-hour service with prompt responses.

The company is run by Chinese people and provides explanations in Chinese throughout the process. The location for night drop-off is hard to find, causing a delay. Because we were 3 minutes late, an extra 5 hours of rental fee, $25, was charged. This price is much higher than the one we booked on Zuzuche, which feels a bit unfair.

Overall acceptable

The service was excellent, no unnecessary upsells, and the car pickup was very fast.

Service

When I arrived at the store for check-in, there was a gentleman ahead of me by two or three steps. Naturally, I lined up behind him to wait for check-in. While waiting, an American arrived, and a slightly chubby female staff member approached and told me that the gentleman behind me had an earlier booking time and should be served first. I disagreed. Everyone should follow the queue to pick up the car; why disrupt the orderly queue? When I didn't agree, the female staff member told me to wait behind the current customer and that a male staff member would assist me afterward. She then called the American customer behind me and offered to help him personally, which made me feel very uncomfortable! My reservation time had already passed, yet I was still waiting patiently. Why should an American customer be allowed to cut the line? Is it because I look Chinese? Isn't this discrimination? The female staff member, who also looked Chinese, was unnecessarily nice to the American while showing a poor attitude toward me, a fellow Chinese. By belittling her compatriot, she was also demeaning herself. Having an American identity doesn't change the fact that her blood and appearance are inherently Chinese. The service was very poor! However, I must commend the male staff member who helped me; he was very friendly. The two stars are for him alone. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't even give one star because of that female staff member.

No need to queue, pretty fast.

I received a call from the store while passing through customs. Since it took longer than expected to get through, the staff parked the car at the airport parking lot for me. While returning the car, I went to the store outside the airport, and the staff drove us to the airport for our flight home. Since I had bought QEEQ's Super Insurance, there was no need for any checks during pickup and drop-off as long as the tank was full. There are plenty of gas stations around the airport, so don't worry about not finding any.
