There was no prior notice about an additional mysterious charge of over 50 AUD besides the total rental fee and the extra mileage cost. It's incomprehensible.
Car met expectations. The customer service during pickup and drop off vastly exceeded expectations. Cannot remember having dealt with such lovely people at a car rental desk in a very long time.
