We did not receive the correct vehicle that we booked and were forced to use a Mazda CX-5, which did not have enough space for the four of us with the baby car seat installed. Additionally, we were charged extra for the baby car seat, even though I had already paid for it through QEEQ. We were also pressured into purchasing insurance, as they threatened to charge a $200 withdrawal fee if we declined. As someone who works for the ACCC, I found it concerning to be treated this way by an Australian company, and I felt harassed. I have already lodged a complaint against this company for their unethical sales practices. The staff were unhelpful throughout the experience. It may be worth considering if partnering with ACE is truly beneficial for your reputation. I will be in touch soon to provide further information for our investigation.

It was my first time renting a car in Sydney, and the overall experience was great.

Made everything easy and were very friendly.

Easy to book, was a bit worried when no payment was required or credit card details were taken but everything went smoothly.

The car was in good condition and the trunk was large enough to fit two 28-inch, two 26-inch, and one 20-inch suitcase, totaling five pieces of luggage. The store is a bit far from Perth Airport; you need to contact a shuttle, which took some effort. Fortunately, I met an employee from another rental company who helped me call for a shuttle. The shuttle service was great, the vehicle was spacious, and after returning the car, they kindly took us back to the airport. Big thumbs up to the driver (definitely over 70 years old).

The car drove great. It was a good size and the hybrid had plenty of power. It was clean and tidy. The pick up place was very friendly. The girl that served us went above and beyond, trying to set up my phone to the car screen so we could see google maps easier.

It was great to know that QEEQ was doing it's best to find a cheaper price, right up to when we collected the car. The QEEQ platform was easy to use and was and extra layer of certainty for me when booking. It also gave very valid information on what was needed for insurance purposed. I confirmed that our travel insurance policy covered the excess should we have an accident, so did not need to take out any other extra insurance with Ace Rental. QEEQ suggested checking this

Booking process wasn't very good first time as I drop the car off at 3am, it started at 7am so I was thinking the gates must be closed, which in the past has stopped me from hiring from ACE, but now I know about the early drop off I will use ACE again
