The staff in Bologna had a very bad attitude. I just took the keys and went to the parking lot and found that the tire pressure indicator was abnormal. I told the staff that we needed to change the car or fix the tire. The attitude was very bad and they would not change or repair the tire. They left directly. In the end, we spent 19 euros to repair the tire, and there was indeed a leak.
I gave one star because the car matched the model I booked. However, the local rental company has many hidden fees, and the staff's attitude is very dismissive. When returning the car, they claimed that a handle cover was missing. I showed them the video and photos from when I picked up the car, which already showed the cover missing.
