Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.
I would have to begin EVERY day with stopping for air for one tire. By the end of each day the same tire was flat again. I called to extend my rental, yhr first lady was busy and said she would call me back but she didnt. I called again an hour later anf the second make promises that the price was the same and everything was set. The next day a man calls me and said the car was due nack yesterday and now I have to pay $3 a day extra for thr extension fee.
The car exceeded my expectations and the staff were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the vehicle I got had no windshield washer fluid in it and the oil light came on shortly after I picked it up.

It is totally unacceptable and unreasonable to have people first be taken by the "rental car" bus to all other car rentals and then be told to take another shuttle to get to Routes. The time involved is excessive and you are not informed about this before hand. I had to wait in line at the other counters to be told to go outside and take another shuttle van to your location.
We called and went immediately to the exact pickup stop and sat within 10 feet of the sign for pickup. The pickup van never came. I called and they said that the van had broken down and then another van would be there in 10 minutes. No van appeared. I called again after 20 minutes and they said a van would be there within 10 minutes. No van appeared after 20 minutes. I called again and rechecked that we are at the correct place and they said a van would be there in 10 minutes. No van appeared and within 20 minutes I called again but they only had an answering machine. I continue to call until midnight and we finally left and got a car with no problem from thrifty Rent-A-Car right inside the airport.
THEY HAVE ONLY 2 STAFF TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE CARE OF BOTH ICK UPS AND DROP OFF, HENCE IT TAKES LONGER TO BE SERVED.
i BELIEVE THE AGENTS ARE OVER WORKED THEY APPEARED NOT TO BE IN SERVICE MODE, JUST TAKE THE CAR AND MOVE ON KIND .. ANY WAYS ONCE i GREETED THE AGENT AND BROKE ICE , I COULD SEE SOME SMILES, THIS WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME .
SUNPASS TOLL WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, USUALLY CAR RENTAL COMPANY CHARGED 8$ ROUTES CHAGED ME 11$ PER DAY.

Routes offered the cheapest option to rent in the O'hare area. There was a shuttle that went from the rental car area to Routes itself. Be prepared for the additional 10-15 minute wait. Once everyone who was on the shuttle gets to Routes, the line takes a while to die down. It took me about 20 minutes to get to the counter once I arrived. They also charged $400 as a security deposit which I was not aware of at the time. Besides the wait, I would still use Routes for business car rental for the price and availability.

Had to wait about 10 minutes at MCO for the airport, and once we got to Routes it was another 10 minute wait, then I was on my way. Got a free upgrade. For the price I paid the overall experience was great.
Vehicle had major drive line vibration issue. When I returned the vehicle early the staff could not issue a refund and instead directed me to contact their customer service department.
Was a great deal. As long as you remember to bring your insurance documents with you, you will not find a better price out there. We paid $112 for 5 days and were put in an almost new car with great features. Will use again!

Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Only issue was the ~40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the car rental center at O’Hare. Returning the care was very quick and easy thanks to a guy not working behind the counter, otherwise I would have been waiting in line for probably 20-30 minutes.
The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly.
The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.
The process to pick it up was terrible nobody new anything I had to call several times, then coming back they told me 15 minutes for a shuttle I way 45 minutes plus.
