The car exceeded my expectations the front desk staff was excellent I would definitely rent again. Did however have to wait 25 minutes to be picked up from the airport when I was told 10 to 15 minutes.

Staff not friendly, can’t tell the difference between white and grey colours. Staff slow to give service. No compilation for waiting for waiting a total of 2 hours for shuttle.
Brand new vehicle, very reasonable price. Less than 10 minutes of arrival we were on our way. Excellent service, extremely caring staff, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be recommending to everybody I know!
Routes name should be on itinerary top instead of Easy Cars. We took a ride to another car rental agency in rush hour to find out that we needed to get on the Routes shuttle. The name Routes is buried down below on the rental printout. Very unfortunate.
This was a cluster mess. We wasted a half a day in order to get a vehicle that would work for our needs. We arrive they did not have the jeep that we reserved, I requested i this was a cluster mess. We arrive they did not have the jeep that we reserved, The vehicle they gave us was way too small, and not the Jeep we reserved , we request a larger vehicle they try to charge us for it , The lady at the counter said she cannot upgrade until the manager got back we come back in 2 to 3 hours , When we return there is a different gentleman there and he tried to take care of us because they were going to give us a little bit larger vehicle.
But what really made us bad was as we are waiting for that vehicle the couple next to us who only have one bag in a carry on bag with them the gentleman said sir I’m sorry we don’t have your midsize car so we’re gonna have to upgrade you they have giving them up the big full-size SUV that we asked for three hours earlier customer service is horrible this operation was terrible charge but what really made us bad was as we are waiting for that vehicle the couple next to us who only have one bag in a carry on bag with them the gentleman said sir I’m sorry we don’t have your midsize car so we’re gonna have to upgrade you they have giving them up the big full-size SUV that we asked for three hours earlier customer service is horrible this operation was terrible Then come to find out that there was toll violations on that vehicle
The Kia rental didn't have spare tire. The tire blew while driving on 95 North in Florida with no low air pressure warning. We had to get tow truck to tow to tire shop to replace tire. We missed flight by 5 minutes and it cost us $500 dollars since Routes didn't provide shuttle as promised to us in timely manner and shouldn't have trusted Routes personal. Instead of relying on shuffle I should have booked Lyft or Uber
Counter was super slow checking in than when brought car back was a little better but ask for a receipt said I wii send you an email Am I still waiting for it need for my expense account!!!!!!!!! I did refute some one to you !!!!!!!!
Overall good experience, the hour wait for the shuttle from airport to location was excessive. Also did not know I needed proof of my personal insurance in addition to the credit card auto insurance coverage I was using.

I did witness the agent refusing people their rental because their arrival was supposed to be at 10am, they were delayed due to flights and they would not rent to them at 1500h. They actually took them back to the airport and refused to budge saying their rental contract had been closed!
Fortunately, I was 30 minutes early, but that was also noted that I was early!
When we arrived, the time to collect the vehicle we had booked was over, so it was no longer available. For that reason we had to choose the only option that there was a Jeep.
My only complaint is that we had an early flight. The location was supposed to open at 6:00 am and the shuttle to the airport was supposed to leave at 6:05. They did not even open their gate/door until 6:10. It may not seem like a lot of time, but when you are trying to make a flight, it could potentially make you miss your flight.

Open earlier or give refund if car return early for not being open and not charging insurance if have own insurance, it's all about money this company, Horrible
I mistakenly took the Easirent bus to another location only to be told I was in the wrong place and that I was not the first person to make that mistake!
