It took ages to collect the car, staff was rude and constantly try to cross sell and up sell other insurance package and car upgrade etc.

They are perfect.

Long queue at pick up. Instruction on pick up location in Milan airport could be more detailed .

Car was in good state and easy to find. Return was easy BUT we had to wait 1h40m to collect our car. Staff at the desk were extremely helpful and kind, but two people can hardly deal with twenty customers in a reasonable time. And I understand it is always like this in the evening. The counter is seriously understaffed.

We scheduled a pickup time, but there were no cars available when we arrived and we had to wait for over an hour.

Travelling with 11 months baby, we booked a safety baby seat, but when we got the car no seat was in the car! And none was available , horrible how can we travel without the seat? And it's also mandory in many countries you can be arrested as your baby is not safe in car without safety seat. Horrible experience we ended up running in mall before closing get one and back to airport to take the baby and mum. Of course when I return the car I left it with the new safety baby chair. Horrible experience

The rental counter was a bit slow

The staff were very pleasant and everyone spoke English. There was definitely pressure to spend more money at the desk (for insurance, car upgrade, etc.), but that is not unusual. Very pleased that we were able to drive to Switzerland, France and Monaco with no extra fees. We booked a "Fiat 500 or similar" and got a fairly new Fiat Panda.

Excellent platform. The Price Drop Protector automatically re-booked us for a lower price, which was a nice surprise. But more importantly, this is the only platform I have found that provides clear information on insurance as well as cross-border travel fees.

1st of all the car I booked was BMW X5, what I got was VW Tiguan. no way they are similar. At the counter there were many customers for the 2 staff available at that time. they were good but we had to wait about an a hour to get the car. also I paid for full coverage insurance, yet they charged me again for CDW and Theft Waiver.

I think the word similar should state what are the similar cars to the mentioned one, so we are aware of what can be expected.

Absolutely dreadful service and was swindled our of more money as well

after about 40 min in line to pick up car, we were told there were no cars and we have to wait till someone returns a car, we were with a toddler so the guy took mercy and found somehow a car for us, but it was class lower that we paid for and we barely fit and had to put bags on our laps, the car was never washed there was some wire hanging from beneath

We have Booked BMW X5 because of Large Boot space, at arrival the Counter person without informing us gave us a different brand vehicle. our luggage was unable to fit in the boot so we went back to the counter which is 600 meters walking distance from the pickup location. when informed them of luggage issue they are not even able to communicate in English and are so rude that it seems like we are hiring the vehicle without paying them. Neither they offered us an alternate vehicle nor they were willing to refund us the payment. counter lady was so rude that she didn't even let us talk to the manager. even after accepting the offered car the Tyre worn out and they charged us for it. we spended more than 3 hours at the counter to get the vehicle. even representative from rental car approached supplier to come up with a solution but still there was no positive gesture from rental counter. Sicily needs to change these kind of staff and hire some professional people who are atleast able to speak basic English and able to understand clients requirement.

Nous avons du attendre plus de 2 heures notre tour avec un personnel très désagréable Scicily by car voulait me faire payer 135 euros supplémentaires sous prétexte que ma carte était de débit et non de crédit. J ai donc laissé tomber cette réservation même si elle était payée et j ai fait une autre réservation avec Sixt quelle différence service impeccable un personnel très courtois et surtout il n y avait aucun problème avec ma carte de crédit. Je déconseille tous les clients de louer un véhicule avec scicily by car

Paid extra for booking a Ford fiesta but got a Vauxhall corsa which was cheaper to book. They didn't have the car I booked and downgraded me

The car was nice, though it had some outer cosmetic damage from the previous rides. Didn't mind it, because everything was functional and the price was great. The rental process was easy, but you have to keep in mind that there are too many people renting the car at Milano Airport - I was 17th in line and with the 4 counters it took about an hour. The only big gripe I have - I forgot my wallet with driving license in the car and though I did call and wrote an email when I found it missing 10 hours later in another country I'm still waiting for the answer to my request! They said they are currently too busy to look for it and it's been 18 hours.

I was reluctant first to try the service because I always used another famous site, but the deals I've found here were too tempting. And it even got better when the Price Protection kicked in. A week before the date I got warning that the price was down and I managed to rebook the car paying 60% less. This is an exceptional service, thank you!

Car was not that good technical condition

The clerk at the counter told me that they didn't have my vehicle category available, so they gave me a smaller car. The car was dirty on the inside.
