The service was extremely poor. They forced me to purchase full insurance and made various unjustified deductions after the rental period. Even two months later, deductions were still being made, and they did not respond to emails for communication.
The pickup and return processes are very efficient. The credit card deposit was refunded within minutes after returning the car. The only minor issue was at the airport pickup location, where the store indicated queuing was required, but after taking a number, no one actually called the numbers. The staff were busy looking at their phones, and I only found out there was no need to queue after asking proactively.
It was already nighttime when picking up the car, and I didn't notice a small chip on the glass. When returning the car, I was asked to pay nearly 1000 euros. Feels like a scam company.

The staff at the Milan location displayed clear racial discrimination. Instead, they made me find it myself on their outdated phone. After spending a long time locating my Chinese address and showing it to them, they still doubted that my luxurious, modern home was truly my residence. Extremely poor service overall. During my 17-day road trip in Italy, I used three different car rental companies. Europcar was excellent, but Sicily by Car at Milan MXP Airport was absolutely terrible.
