The car model was not as good as advertised.

All staff excellent at the pick up and drop off. Not the ideal location so it takes time to get the cars to from time to time, but they were more than happy to quickly arrange.

There was a minor issue with the fuel tank not being full and having to overpay for fuel as a result, but otherwise fine service.

Very easy to use excellent attitude and friendliness of staff.

The rental company is certainly a scam. They required an additional charge for all petrol cars. We argued strongly during the return and got the extra fee refunded.

We booked a Ford, scheduled to pick up a Focus at 12:00 PM. We arrived at the store at 10:30 AM and were told we were early. Waited until 11:30 AM, then told the car was still not available and we had to wait until 2:00 PM. The car model was not fixed, and there was no fee for extra miles. However, the car was small and its condition was average. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

It was alright. The car was downgraded and wasn't the model I booked, but that wasn't necessarily Enterprise’s fault. Next time, I'll book directly on their website. They didn't provide a GPS, but they taught me how to use my phone's navigation via a data cable connected to the car's screen. The tire pressure might have been too high, as the car kept prompting me to check it, which made me nervous. I called the store staff and was asked to send an email with photos, but I never got a response. Fortunately, there were no further issues until I returned the car.

The car rental company instructed us to check the car condition and inform them, but said there was no need to inspect the tires carefully. When we returned the car, a small cut was found on one of the tires. We informed them that we drove only on city roads and highways, where there was no chance for the tire to get cut. Still, the company deducted the repair fee from our deposit. Other companies usually hold a pre-authorization on the deposit, but they directly deducted £200 from our deposit. It feels like they are trying to make extra money through other means. Customer service never replies to emails. The return location is also hard to find.

The car had a vibration between 60 and 65 and needed to have the wheels balanced. Hardly surprising with two different tyres on the front and different tyres on the rear

It was a rubbish car when booked it did say nissan juke or equivalent ant but you only have one ????

The store didn't have the car I reserved, and I had to pay extra for a different one. I've never encountered this with other providers.
