They changed the type of car More price I send an email asking to change the car because break problem and never get reply I called and there replied was to go back to the airport

In the beginning, the customer service staff kept saying that there was no available booked car and tried to ask me to upgrade. After negotiations for a while, I finally got another car in the same class as what I booked. When I picked up the car, the tire pressures were something wrong. But luckily, the on-site staff helped me to fix it.

Poor customer service our car wasn’t available he didn’t help at all and we were international tourists. Offered no options just shrugged his shoulders. When we dropped off the vehicle we got charged 100 USD our car was not available no discount was given on the larger mini van option.

Their prices are the cheapest available and that comes with other prices. 30 min long line of people and no cars of the type you book are part of it. Other rentals will offer you free upgrade, budget will charge you for this and give you car you dont want - in my case it was truck. Lady at the counter told me that its not too big and she is driving it her self and it got back camera for parking which is necessity in LA and that mid size SUV is too small for 3 people. When I wanted different, smaller car they offered me mustang (literally the opposite of big car). Apparently I can wait until someone return car I booked and then I can take it. I canceled my booking and went to Dollar which is very well organized. Until today Im waiting for refund from budget.

Rented here because of multiple previous good experience. Times before it was only 1-2 days rental, this time 11 days. Make sure you will check what you paying for as they got tendency to add you stuff you dont want just to earn more money.

Count with 30-40% higher price when you reach the counter even when you payed for whole booking with full insurance.

There was a lot of upselling during the car rental process.

Had no problems in picking up or dropping off car. Staff were polite and helpful. There was an assumption that I'd want their extra insurance and not return car with full tank of fuel, but when I said no it was accepted immediately. All in all very satisfactory experience.

Best price and value, easy ordering, documentation very clear - what else would I need. Excellent Couldn't download their app!

The car needed maintenance midway, so we swapped it without any hassle. The pickup and return process was very smooth. It's been four days since we returned the car, and there are no unexpected charges so far.

The pricess at the time of pickup was very disorganized. It took a long wait and post that they booked the same car for 3 customers. We were sent back to the exchange section and had to start the process from the scratch.

I went to budget before renting a car , I assumed that budget will give me a price less than EasyRentCars. Unfortunate they gave me the car for 2800$ I was shocked! I told the lady on the counter that I found it cheaper, so I will book it online, she replied that would take an hour to appear on the system. I opened on EasyRentCars I found the car I want for 860$ I booked it. I went to the lady after 10 minutes she found my rental. I took the car for 1077$ with all total cost.
