Very efficient. We accidentally damaged their car, but the staff assisted us over the phone the entire time, didn't blame us at all, and were very proactive in resolving the issue. Made us feel very secure.

Very satisfied. The car had only driven 76 kilometers. It's a brand new car with the user manual still sealed. The only downside is that the steering wheel tends to loosen momentarily when turning, causing oversteering. After getting used to it, you need to correct the steering in advance. Upon checking, I didn't find any excessive looseness in the steering. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I got used to correcting the steering in advance. To avoid trouble, I didn't switch to another car on my second rental.

Staff at the counter was trying really hard to make me pay for the mandatory insurance coverage (25 dollars a day!), even if I showed that it was already included in the reservation. After a really long discussion a Manager arrived and in 10 seconds confirmed that it was already included...
