It was my second booking from Munich Airport...Minimum 1 hour i waited there from tail...They should be faster than now...And nobody controled car,you should control and point all damages from car...We didnt see small point on right front door from darkness,now i am wondering how much i will pay for this point...They should deliver car and they should show past damages.
Car rental was terrible , i spent 2 hours on queue i faced a problem and they said pls go back to queue and i spent another 1 hour. Also they tried to sell me double price !

There was much confusion as the final drop off location was different from the stated site. We had to call in to the help line for assistance to return the car. Booking amount was also to much discrepancies which I have yet to verify and validate.
Everything was good. Purchased the full insurance for 99Euros and when it came to inspect the car for any scratches or dents , the staff casually told not to worry as i have purchased the full insurance.
While dropping of there was a minor scratch at the bumper which was reported by the inspecting lady.
And next day i was sent an email if i met with an accident.My journey was very smooth and ensured car is parked nicely in P+R spots or in Hotel Parking.
Other than that everything was great.
Collection car at Munich Branch is terrible. The counter staff (Aunty) is rude and dont speak english.
For return car, there is no damage charges shown to us. We still pending for their reply.
Completly incompetent staff had no idea about anything. Said i had to pay 853€ although that amount included the CDW fee and would have been only blocked. Restarted the system and called her collegue twice cause she thought there was a mistake. Was overstressed by the three costumers she had to handle. Wrote down the wrong parking slot so i lost another 5 min. searching for the car.
At drop off they told me on weekends not the Europcar staff is on duty but some third party company.
In the end Keddy (Europcar) charged the airport fee, although the voucher says "Taxes and surcharges included" and at the same airport and also booked through easyrentcars AVIS did not charge anything.
The car was ok, but nothing more.
Highly not recommend.
Terrible staff at the counter, when we decline additional insurance and upgrade to more expensive car the guy (Shiv) got really unpleasant and rude. Car you pick up is in the dark garage, really hard to find it, people working there don’t speak English (garage). We loaded car with our luggage and proceeded to entrance since it was in Germany at Tegel airport, car settings were set to German language, we got outside garage to get someone to help up with the settings, when we noticed that car was absolutely discussing, dirty seats, dusty dashboard, floors not vacuumed for long time. (see attached pictures). We reported this back to counter and the guy (Shiv) asked us to remove all our luggage then they will clean this car, telling to us that he does not have other car for us in really rude way, and he does not know how long this will take. After traveling 18 hours with kids we decided to leave this place and clean the car when we get to our destination. Really not pleasant experience. Will never rent form Global again at the Tegel airport.

was given a giant car, instead of the tiny one I rented. then we made a mistake on the way back, and were just over an hour late, for which we paid something like 50 euros, double the price of our rental.

The car had a scratch on the bumper that was not documented in the rental contract, which led to 1150 Euro damage charges upon return.
I did not receive a vehicle from the booked class (4 door sports sedan) but an SUV.
The first time I went a bit late, they said I didn't follow the schedule and there were no cars left. I had to rebook at double the price and buy another insurance, wasting the previous 189 yuan insurance.
Very disappointing. Reserved a car, but upon arrival, they said there were no cars available and couldn't tell us how long the wait would be. We had to pay extra to get a different car, and the only option was an Audi A7. Without informing us of the price, they charged an additional 1,400 euros to my card. Up till now, I have no idea what this charge is for.
