My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize.
No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly.
Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.
Exceed my expectation ha ha ha . Horrible experience, treated like a liar. The person dealing with us would not call the manager or give us information on how to color manager and only when I called the reservation number in front of him to offer the managers name. I would love to hear from somebody from green motion to deal with this issue
Had a car that was smoked in . It smelled as soon a the temp. Went higher. They said there going to call me at home. I guess that.lied to me no one called .

Bus took too long. Waited for over 40 minutes to check in and get car. Did not give me a receipt at time of auto return. Counter could not give receipt. Tried calling numerous times about receipt and phone doesn't answer. Will never again use this company for auto rentals. Worst experience ever.
This was the worst experience I ever had with a rental company! Car was bad. Had 50k+ miles on it. Broke down half way through the trip. Replaced it with another 50k vehicle that had its share of nicks and dings. Also forced me to buy insurance even though i personally have it!!

d) Car had dents and chipped windshield.
e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all.

did not have my car at rental time gave me a van but a banged up one long wait because I booked outside of green motion web site but was pleased with the experience. took more than 1 hr to get on the road. from arrival at airport. waited 45 minutes for shuttle. then at the rental desk at least 30 minutes. ladies who helped me tried to get through it as quick as they could and were very nice.
At pickup location, they made me pull up my insurance policy information to make sure I had adequate coverage and also put on a $500 hold on my credit card. If I did not have online access to my insurance policy, they probably would have made me get their coverages. Also, they tried very hard to push their toll payment service for $13/day by telling me that I would likely be paying up to $25/day and this would save me money. I declined and only paid about $2.00 per day in tolls during by 4 days in Orlando.
Girl at desk mumbled something about my car would be brought out front waited for 20 minutes finally went back in side to find out where it was and was told by someone else the car was in the lot out front also told it was brand new only 400 miles no damage to it , found a big door ding when we got to hotel . This bothered me all week thought they would try to say I did it. Thankfully they said nothing on inspection when I dropped it off
American Express credit card was not accepted at this location. We were charged extra each day plus needed to put a deposit down. This caused our bank to lock our banking cards due to they believed fraud transaction was occurring. Had to send more time on the phone with our bank to correct this so we could use our banking cards while on our trip.
The vehicle smelled like smoke. There was no keyfob or electric windows. I will never rent from someone other than Hertz, Enterprise, or other nationally known rental cars. Never experienced this kind of problem with these companies or when we rented an economic vehicle from them it was always electric doors, windows, etc.
Took over an hour to be picked up and another almost hour at the counter waiting in line and then waiting for the car. the most unorganized car rental place I have ever dealt with.

Dont rent from this car rental company..they are deceptive and have terrible customer service..the car I rented stated that it was one price but after the representative lied and gave false information the price got jacked up..when I wrote to complain they basically brushed me off with excuses that I signed for the additional charges but in reality the representative lied when I questioned the necessity for the add ons..go with a respectable company that is upfront and honest with their prices..definitely not this one!
The agent informed me that I had to purchase their third party liability insurance, which was not the impression I got from the Green Motion website. When I showed her the website info, she informed me this didn't apply to my rental. I don't know if this was true or an upsell technique. The cost of insurance tripled the cost of the rental, which I wasn't happy about.
Overall I felt as though the agent was giving me misinformation to make me buy the insurance, but I don't know for sure.
The car was as advertised and served us well.
Really hard sell by counter staff on the EasyPass toll charge of 150.00 US. A TOTAL RIPOFF. We used $8.oo worth so are out $140.00. Make sure you bring details of your insurance coverage with you or you are sure to get upsold on that as well. We felt ripped off and would not recommend this company to our friends.
