“Horrible. Plus de 1h30 d’attente. Un service au comptoir pitoyable, lent et pas fiable.”

“Easy, disappointing as there were hidden things that we were confronted with at the location.”

It was a big surprise that they didn't accept my American driver's license and made me pay an extra $300 to be able to rent the car. Also, why do I have to drive a manual shift car in 2022? Shocking...
About QEEQ:8.0/10
The process was easy, maybe state certain restrictions in a more obvious way so one won't be held hostage at the rental place to pay extra charges.

An extremely poor experience with intentional fraud targeting consumers. My credit card was charged 800 euros without authorization, and there's absolutely no service from this rental company.
The service attitude is quite good, but the location of the rental office is inconvenient to reach, only accessible by the rental company's shuttle bus.
This car rental company is notorious for fraud and is highly unreliable. The Google rating is less than 2 stars. Strongly recommend that Zuzuche remove this company. Specific issues include:
- Push for overpriced insurance: They highly emphasize scenarios with high compensation to sell a €150 insurance policy. Upon refusal, they appear to take a vengeful stance.
- Extremely slow pickup process: They questioned the translated document provided by Zuzuche. Later, I saw on Google reviews that this company tends to use document doubts to increase fees.
- Malicious damage claims: The vehicle damage report was very vague and missed many parts, with no photos taken. After inspecting thoroughly, they reluctantly added details. At return, they scrutinized the car with a magnifying glass and claimed small white spots on the glass were my fault, demanding a glass replacement and charging €1100. Their attitude was extremely arrogant during communication.

About SURPRICE RENT A CAR:4.0/10
They tried to scam us by inventing some random damage on the car. I had pictures from when I picked it up and before dropping it off. Although the guy did not admit it, it was evident that he damaged the car while inspecting it to charge us. In the end, after showing the pictures, the guy changed the subject and received the car without any complaints or so.
