One of the Indian staff members did not seem very friendly. When I was picking up the car, I noticed a dent on the gas cap that was not listed on the inspection sheet. I asked him to come outside with me to check it, but he insisted it was impossible and refused to go. I then found another white colleague who came with me, and the Indian staff member even gave me a dirty look.

Like: Easy pickup, friendly staff, efficient pickup and dropoff service. Fair price. Dislike: The Ford was horrible getting off the line (from stop to go), brakes were jumpy, steering veered heavily to the left.
Like: Loved my little run about great on petrol nippy little car, come home and bought myself a new car just realised how much petrol I'm using to fill my gas guzzler up...
Like: The quality of the car althou it was not similar to my request. Dislike: The mileage is not unlimited and car seat rental is a little too pricey as it is charged on daily basis.
Made fifty phone calls, all went through but no answer.
Had to take a taxi myself and it cost 50 dollars.
I felt like cursing.
It was cold and I had a crying child with me.
