This rental company closes in the afternoon, so we couldn't get the car the same day. We had to take a taxi to the downtown hotel, which cost nearly 2,000 yuan round-trip and was hard to find. It took over an hour of walking and taking a taxi to locate it. Don't be tempted by the low prices; it's better to choose big brands like Avis. Also, their cars are not owned by them but are in collaboration with big brands, prioritizing their own customers' reservations.
The car was in good condition and the trunk was large enough to fit two 28-inch, two 26-inch, and one 20-inch suitcase, totaling five pieces of luggage. The store is a bit far from Perth Airport; you need to contact a shuttle, which took some effort. Fortunately, I met an employee from another rental company who helped me call for a shuttle. The shuttle service was great, the vehicle was spacious, and after returning the car, they kindly took us back to the airport. Big thumbs up to the driver (definitely over 70 years old).
The car drove great. It was a good size and the hybrid had plenty of power. It was clean and tidy.
The pick up place was very friendly. The girl that served us went above and beyond, trying to set up my phone to the car screen so we could see google maps easier.

It was great to know that QEEQ was doing it's best to find a cheaper price, right up to when we collected the car.

It also gave very valid information on what was needed for insurance purposed. I confirmed that our travel insurance policy covered the excess should we have an accident, so did not need to take out any other extra insurance with Ace Rental. QEEQ suggested checking this
We got an upgrade to a good diesel 4x4 which was good. The counter staff member (pretty sure it was Denise) was great. The car was pretty dirty but they had some issues with getting cars delivered in time so the staff were managing everyone really well.
