I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. On the morning of June 12th, I went to the Lyon branch to pick up the car. After confirming on-site that I had booked an automatic car, I went to the 7th floor to pick it up. After inspecting the exterior and signing, I realized it was a manual car. I immediately mentioned that I had booked an automatic. What followed was over two hours of waiting. Initially, they said there were no cars available and asked us to check at the counter for a resolution. Later, they said there was a car, but it was at the airport and had not been brought over. When I refused to go to the airport to pick it up, they promised to drive it over within an hour, but it took over two hours. I had booked a Peugeot 5008, but they brought a Citroën C4 (5-seater) without informing me. Due to time constraints, I had no choice but to accept it. Later, I found out that the amount on the contract was different from my booking amount. Additionally, the on-site staff told me that the insurance I bought through the platform was not recognized by them and that I had to buy additional insurance for 30 euros to be fully covered. Furthermore, because they delayed the car handover, I couldn't return the car at the originally scheduled time. Due to heavy traffic in Paris, I reached the return location at 9 PM, and they were already closed.

First, they said there were no cars available and asked us to go to the counter to see what could be done. Then, they said a car was available but parked at the airport and they hadn't brought it over yet. They asked me to go to the airport with an employee to get the car, which I refused, asking them to bring it over. Initially, they said it would arrive within an hour, but it took more than two hours. I had booked a Peugeot 5008, but they brought a Citroën C4 (5-seater) without informing me first. Due to time constraints, we had no choice but to accept it. Later, I realized that the amount on the contract didn't match the amount I booked. Additionally, the staff on-site told me that the insurance I bought through the platform wouldn't count and I needed to buy their full coverage insurance, so I spent another 30 euros on full insurance. Furthermore, because of the delayed car handover, I couldn't return the car at the scheduled time yesterday. I got stuck in heavy traffic in Paris and didn't make it until 9 PM when their office was already closed.
Excellent size of car for an overseas driver. Great condition and economical.
Very good/excellent staff who handled our rental out and in.
Noticed delays in dealing with others at check in as did not have or know what was required to finalize check in at desk. eg licence to hand, two telephone contact numbers etc.
Useful to have a check list of needs to avoid delay.
I waited for two and a half hours and couldn't pick up the car. In the end, I had to cancel the rental, but they still charged me for a day's rental. Their attitude was very poor.
I asked to add an additional driver. They didn't inform me about the extra charge; they just said OK, took the driver's information, and processed it. Then, when I was billed, they charged my card directly, assuming I should know this?! How am I supposed to know there's an additional fee for adding a driver? This was my first time adding a driver.
Average experience. They didn't have the same class of car. Only a license older than 7 years is eligible for the so-called equivalent DS car; otherwise, they downgrade.
Picking up the car was easy, but returning it after hours meant no one inspected the car in person. The next day, the rental company claimed there were scratches and withheld 2500 from my credit. Still in communication with customer service...
Long story I won't bore you with but another rental agency reneged on a booking at 10am on a Saturday morning out in the sticks in Avignon leaving me with 2 hours max to arrange another booking and get to the new location. Enterprise not only took the booking instantly but even shuffled their existing bookings around to give me the smaller van I needed. Not super cheap but in the circumstances worth every penny. Thanks team, you saved the cycling holiday of 3 people.
We booked an Opel automatic, but they gave us a Renault manual because they ran out of the car we ordered. The rental price difference is significant, and they should have refunded the difference, but they didn't. Very dissatisfied with this rental.
Since the moment I started dealing with this car rental company, it felt like a nightmare began. First: They arbitrarily charged my card, and when I asked why, they said I had committed a traffic violation. When I asked where and when, they said it was my privacy and couldn't tell me. I'm genuinely puzzled by this logic—charging me without explanation and using privacy as an excuse! This company exemplifies what it means to be unreasonable, rude, and unscrupulous! After that, I was constantly worried that my credit card would be charged again at any moment! Second: Unluckily, we broke a taillight cover due to a steep road. Without any discussion, they charged me 1800 euros, equivalent to 14,000 RMB. My bank account was debited in the same month. I hadn't opted for their insurance because it had a deductible; instead, I took full coverage in my own country as it had no deductible. After repeatedly contacting them about the car damage, I got no response other than the charge—they utterly ignored my claims. Thank God, it took 71 days after returning the car for them to finally cover the damage. I hope my bad experience serves as a warning to others. In my memory, no one at this car rental company ever smiled; it felt like renting from them put me in their debt, and they were all very disdainful. Regretting my choice to rent from this company!
Very satisfied! The staff provided detailed instructions during pickup, clearly pointed out existing scratches on the car, and explained the liability waiver.
