ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN FRANCE

Voiture conforme à celle réservée, propre, rien à redire, la personne qui nous a reçue à la remise des clés est sympathique par contre nous sommes passés par Easyrentcars et cela ne plaît pas vraiment au personnel ( 1 en particulier particulièrement désagréable ) attention difficile de changer l'horaire de prise en charge en cas d'imprévu... Il faut annuler et refaire une réservation sur le site Easyrentcars, car Enterprise ne veut rien savoir. De plus insistez pour que le plein soit effectué avant de prendre la voiture, nous avions insisté sur ce fait car le plein n'était pas fait à la prise du véhicule.

I booked an Opel Insignia but got a Peugeot 2008 instead. One is a midsize sedan and the other is a compact SUV. The rental company told me they are in the same category.

I had prepaid for a Mercedes e-class but Enterprise didn't have the car and I was given a BMW 3 series, which is a lower category car and offered a 15% discount which is supposed to get refunded to Easyrentcars, who will then refund the amount to me.

The price-drop protector helped me save money and I'm awaiting the amount to be refunded to my card along with the 15% additional discount that Enterprise offered ne because they gave me a lower category car.

Overall service was very satisfactory. Since I speak French, it probably helped with communication. The staff provided detailed explanations. The attitude during the car return was also very good.

La voiture etait top et très maniable pour les longs trajets. Gros manque de place pour les bagages bien que l'espace pour les jambes soit largement suffisant pour les grands. L'attente au comptoir d'accueil aurait pu etre mieux gerée si les 3 postes avaient ete occupés. Personnel tres agreable.

When booking the car on the website it stated the car was sufficient for 7 passengers and 4 luggage - this was sadly not the case - it could fit 2 suitcases only passengers all had the other suitcases and hand luggage all over them which was far from ideal especially with 2 special needs children and that was with an upgrade to a ford galaxy

Max sped us through the process from the welcome desk to showing us the car. HE PRE-EMPTED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS SEAMLESS. Particularly liked the way he showed us the size measuring card for bumps and dents that would count or not, and also appreciated the lack of hard sell trying to make us upgrade. A terrific experience!

The company forgot to inform me that they are completely closed on Sundays, so you need to be careful when returning the car. For third-party bookings like from Zuzuche, you can only pick up the car at the scheduled time, at most half an hour in advance.

Peu d'explication quant aux boutons de la voiture, comment ouvrir le coffre par exemple, ou un bip d'assistance si la voiture roule sur les lignes blanches. Problème de gonflage des pneus survenu à peine 30 km après avoir récupéré la voiture. Carrosserie du véhicule sale à sa réception.

Very good attitude

Happy with the car. Picking up was a bit slow but this was because the car turned up late from the previous customer. Only thing I wasn't totally happy with was while checking the car before driving away I was asked again about what insurance I'd taken out. I thought I'd sorted that at the desk not to be questioned in the car park.

All fine, only issues I had was because of my lack of computer knowledge

La voiture était très bien, bon état, peu de consommation gasoil, voiture stable. Le personnel d'accueil est très affable, sympathique et professionnel. Les prix sont très bien, nous avons fait 4 locations de voiture durant notre séjour et c'est la meilleure location. Le choix de véhicules est cependant limité car l'agence est petite et on ne peut pas choisir le véhicule à l'avance

Our flight is late and we arrived at 23:45. No one was waiting for us to rent us a car. My husband was sleeping on the bench in the airport. I with kids took a taxi to the camping for 120 euro. It was totally impossible to contact nobody in order to ask to stay till we come (for fee).

Provide more collaborative service between the car orders and car rental companies.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Easy and fast process.
