Tymbardziej, że odbywa się to tylko do godz. 21.00 A co z oddaniem samochodu po tym czasie? Ja musiałem czekać do rana na otwarcie biura. To wiązało się z koniecznością nocowania w hotelu i opóźnieniem mojej dalszej podróży. To wymaga koniecznej poprawy a ja osoboście jestem bardzo niezadowolony z takiego obrotu spraw.

I rented the car from Europcar at Munich Airport. Since the airport is small, I quickly got through customs, picked up my luggage, and went to get the car. However, the counter staff said I arrived early and the car wasn't ready yet. They asked if I wanted to pay extra for a larger car. I had to wait at the airport for a while before getting the car. They didn't ask if I wanted to add any extras and mentioned they would hold some money as a deposit. The entire receipt was in German, and they didn't explain it, just asked for my signature. After returning home, I realized they overcharged me 100 euros for renting a GPS. I contacted Zuzuche for help, and they patiently assisted me in communicating with Europcar. However, Europcar claimed my signature proved I was aware of the charge. Remember to check every item carefully. This was the first time I encountered such an dishonest car rental company.

When I arrived in the morning, the store hadn't opened yet. I was the first in line and got everything done in less than three minutes.

They only mentioned that returning the car without a full tank of fuel would incur charges equivalent to fueling at a gas station, deliberately hiding the fact that there were nearly ten times the fuel price in additional labor fees and other charges! Moreover, the contract had an additional clause stating 'Pre-purchase a tank of fuel upon pickup, allowing the customer to return the car with an empty tank; if the customer refuels before returning, the car rental company will not refund the difference.' This was not mentioned or introduced at the time of pickup! As a result, even though I only used one bar of fuel, the bill included a hefty 60 euros charge! The actual vehicle provided did not match the specifications other than being a seven-seater. I never expected such notorious behavior from the well-known Avis, absolutely negative review!

The service was good. My English isn't great, but the lady at the service desk was still very patient.
