Overcharged without clear explanation. They claimed it was a diesel car service fee but we didn't receive any such service. Despite paying the crossing fee to Austria ourselves, they charged an additional €15.99.

Buchbinder is the worst rental car company in the airport imho. They offered a much lower class car instead of the premium one we reserved. They stated that its actually a better car because its bigger in size. We ended up trying to cancel with a fee. I would never go with them

Only thing I don't really understand is the surcharge for going into another country, just seems a way of making a bit more money.

Excellent website, not sure if the price protection was working as I never received a prompt for a better price.

The staff is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical. A car rental order with supplementary insurance paid in full 7 months ago was not fulfilled according to the terms specified in the order. Despite having over 200 days to freely change the order, vehicle model, and insurance types, they claimed 'will return to you'. Is it reasonable that the daily cost of an automatic compact car is higher than that of a BMW or Mercedes? The store charged additional fees that were more than double the already paid full cost, including supplementary insurance. Is this called professional?

I went to pick up car at 6 pm they said I am late and u available cars and I must upgrade with an extra money or no car

Dishonest

The confirmed car model was not provided in the store. Even after contacting the rental company, we were still downgraded. The cross-border fee was less than 30 euros, but the tax was as high as about 12 euros; the tax accounted for nearly 50%.

Counter staff very helpful. Vehicle was supposed to have full tank but didn’t but they accepted this without issue in return.

1. Due to a train delay, I called the rental company in advance to confirm a 10-minute delay, expecting to pick up the car by 19:10. I arrived at the shop at 19:07, but the staff had already left, so I could only pick up the car the next day. 2. I booked a premium wagon, but was given a sedan instead.

Tried to sell loads extras, declined. On return filled car with fuel by airport so full. Only to be charged €113.90 with fuel charges, awaiting response from hertz

We have a different car. It was opel zafira with a Gps and more space for our luggages and peoplw as well. But we were charged more than expected,made a claim for a refund and they did.

Good communication.

The car rental company was very friendly. I booked a compact car, but because I had four suitcases, they upgraded me to a Volkswagen Touareg at no extra charge. The car had only 10 kilometers on the odometer, almost brand new. The driving experience was excellent.

Service was acceptable

The staff of Hertz at TGL airport were very helpful and considering. They even gave a higher level car when they noticed my renting duration which was very thoughtful. Pickup was very easy, Drop off was also perfect. The one thing which could be better was that Hertz drop off location in the parking was not very clear.

The Easyrentcars was very useful to find the perfect service and it worked easily. Will definitely use the service again

The car was not as I wish but it is not bad The staff on the counter was very helpful

When picking up the car, the staff saw two scratches on the computer, but she only identified one. We had to argue for a long time during the return process to get it resolved.
