The car has enough space for 9 persons but it was not thoroughly cleaned as there were an empty cup and some smelly fruits in it. While driving a message of a motor oil failure appeared every 10 min, which was very worrying. Fortunately, we could drive on without further problems.

Always use easyrentcars to book the cars, as the platform is absolutely top.

I got over charged for things that should not be charged such as special cleaning. The car was not spotless but it was definitely tidy

They didn't give me the car I booked because I was late because of the airport process , they let me wait for 30 mins then they upgraded me .

They added unnecessary services when renting the car, charging over 100 euros extra.

The location for returning the car at Cologne station is not clearly marked, and the navigation on the car rental app is also incorrect. It took a lot of time to find the return location.

Smooth car pickup in Frankfurt and return in Rome

The worst experience ever. I would not recommend this car company unless you want to be ripped off. The supervisor was the rudest person I have ever come across. They charged us 330 pounds for scratch which wasn’t there, didnt want to sort out the problem even that we had several photos taken before drop off (car was in excellent condition). They charged my card and they basically said i have to pay the damage. Fortunately we purchased the premium insurance, but still didnt get full refund (9quid still missing).

Thanks for your help with insurance company. At least we got our money back which was stolen from us by Hertz.

A big sales pitch at the counter. Already provided info during booking needed to be filled in again. Was walked to the car but no explanation of the cars particulars.
