Contact with car rental company was excellent with choices of various social networking app like Whatsapp, LINE, etc. Car model was as booked, though it’s one of the older model with no car play or USB charging port. Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect score. Affordable prices, top-notch service. The process of picking up and dropping off the car was very smooth with no issues. Will definitely use again next time I visit Hokkaido.

When returning the car, there were some scratches on the bumper that didn't affect anything, but they charged me 120,000 yen. Total rip-off. I suspect the car was already like that when I picked it up, but unfortunately, I didn't take pictures then. Plus, the car didn't match the booking.

Arriving at the airport to look for the counter was a little difficult. There was no Europcar sign but rather Times so we were going back and forth looking for the counter. It’d be worthwhile having a number to text vs call if we were running late.

Process to get vehicle went smoothly. Knowledgeable staff

They replaced the reserved car with a much worse Nissan CX-5. The difference from the original booking was too big and they didn't refund any money.

They offerred Toyota Raize to us, which was a very nice car!

The staff couldn’t speak or understand English but they could use google translate.

Booked over six months in advance but didn't get the requested car and they unreasonably asked me to accept it.

Helpful customer service, but the car was outdated (no rear-view camera, no cruise control, no USB ports, no Bluetooth).

New car in good, clean condition. If the office can open earlier than 8am will be good as need to rush to catch 10am flight. Office is near domestic airport so need to rush to International airport to return car. They don’t allow to return at International airport

Very easy to book and customer service respond email v fast

Service counter ask us to fill up where we going and where we staying, knowing that, they do not offer any highway or toll package that we could save half of the toll fee (we saw it in the notice board at the rest area), even the office don’t have such notice too. Moreover, they do not even ask if I need a ETC (smart Toll card) until I asked for it. Pick up office need to improve. Whereas at the drop off office at Hakata station, was very good and the staffs are very kind.

Overall good. More promotion would be greatly appreciated. Just one comment, when I use the app, trying to login, an authorised email will be sent, but when I click to it, it don’t link to the app at all. Till now, my app unable to login my account.

The vehicle cleanliness was average, the scratch and collision repairs were rough and untimely, and the car was very old!

The car appeared very old and worn out. It's unacceptable to rent out a 10-year-old car. It didn't feel safe on the highway and the air conditioning was inadequate.
