The directions to the shuttle provided incorrect bus stop information. Other than that, pretty great experience. It was kind of weird that the 3 people sitting at the counters couldn’t assist me and that we had to do a video check in with a remote CSR, but it was ok.
Upon drop off, there were a lot of people waiting for the shuttle with no sort of ETA on when it would be there and so I ended up having to get an Uber.
No pudimos obtener el vehículo por que 1. Se tardaron como una hora en irnos a buscar al aeropuerto.
2. El muchacho que nos llevó al renta cars iba a muy alta velocidad y en dos oportunidades estuvo a punto de chocar con otros vehículos.
3. Al llegar al la supuesta oficina era un total desastre, sucia, destruida, mal oliente, los pisos rotos, sin sistema de aire acondicionado.
4. La persona en el lugar encarga de atender al público nunca ni un saludo en más de 2 horas de espera, en varias oportunidades intentamos hablar con ella y nos ignoró totalmente, más de un cliente se fue, no tomó importancia alguna a que estábamos con un bebé el cual lloraba del calor existente en el lugar, la Sra ni se preocupó por decirnos algo al decirle que nos retirábamos, llamamos a un Uber y nos fuimos al centro de renta del aeropuerto.
LO PEOR QUE ME A PASADO EN NUESTROS VIAJES CON UN RENTA CAR.

I may a reservation on may for a july trip. I get to the air port at 10:00 pm ACE company stop working because they didn't have any more car to rent we waiter for more then 2 hrs. I called ACE and costumer service was very rude and stated that to stop calling they didn't have any more car to rent.

the car was dirty windows so bad I could not see and I stopped and got cleaner to clean them dash and armrest were stickey from coffee or coke. low tire and guage was on and they said don't worry about it just drive it. it was the dirtiest car I have ever rented took an hr to get it when I arrived there after waiting at airport for 56 minutes and was told they were only 8 minutes away and I had to call 3 times to get them there
J’ai d abord été incapable de trouver le comptoir de retrait. Et personne ne m a répondu au téléphone. J’ai du essayer une dizaine de fois.Ensuite, une file d’attente d’au moins une heure m’a permis de le repérer, tandis que les comptoirs des autres loueurs étaient vides. J’ai donc renoncé à retirer mon véhicule et suis allé en retirer un autre chez un concurrent, sans réservation préalable. Auatnt dire que cette histoire m a couté une fortune, un grand merci. Je joins une photo de la file d attente. Et de la fluidité chez les autres loueurs !!

And process to drop off is terible.
I dropped the car on time. But they still charged me more 2 days with I didn’t drop the car on time.
Luckily that i fly to another place on drop off date. So i can show them how can I rent their car on another 2 days.

Service so excellent and awesome
Car had some garbage left in the cup holder, the shuttle apparently took 30 minutes to arrive, the vehicle kept dinging because it required service throughout my rental term.
Waited 30 minutes for the off-site shuttle. Line was almost out the door. People inside said they had been waiting over 2 hours. Took at least 30 minutes for each customer rental to be completed. It was so bad that every time someone finished, everyone clapped as we moved up. Took almost 2 hrs to get to front of line. Asked about adding a second driver but cancelled request when I found it it would cost almost $40 more. Almost 3 hours to get car and leave lot. Stopped at grocery store along the way and notice gas was at quarter tank and not full. Tried calling the number highlighted on the paperwork. Told to leave a message but couldn’t cause the mailbox was full. Drove back to ACE and was told to return car with quarter tank because they do not have gas onsite and don’t have time to fill it up between rentals. Rented an intermediate car but had very little power. Car return was quick. He looked at the gas, which was at quarter tank, and car and said everything was done. No signature or paperwork required. Invoice to be emailed. Got to airport and checked email for invoice. Instead of being charged $133.91, invoice was for $265.22. Billed for gas and additional driver. Called number on invoice and was able to get items reversed. This was the easiest part about of the rental even though it shouldn’t have happened. This was the worst experience renting a car. Won’t use ACE again.
Location of the airport location was a BUSH street with very large commerical vehicles in area...a little dangerous/stressful to get in and out of.
Counter staff big help.

Counter staff initially told me I had no insurance and convinced me it was because it was booked as for US based folk and they had it on cards and did not need it. Luckily I realised that my booking said I had and pointed it out - I had passed over that info

I had trouble finding which provider was renting this car as the hirer is a subsiduary of GOLD car but it was not obvious. The woman on the desk was very agressive and tried to sell me more insurance although I explained to her that I had already bought this through the online purchase. She kept saying the car was not insured. The car provided was full of dents and scratches and although I took loads of photos I am waiting to hear if they now try and bill me for some of these!

The booking platform and process was very easy and good. The information and warning re the additional selling of insurance was useful and put my mind at rest. The experience at the rental company pick up was not good however and not condusive to a complementary business partnership!
