Arrived early and there were not many people in line. Finished the procedures quickly and got the car immediately.

The actual supplier was Europcar. We arrived at 6:30 AM, and there was no one at the airport counter. We had to go to the office outside. (I guess it was because it was Sunday morning, and only Hertz had someone at the counter. Because of this, I will definitely rent from Hertz next time.) We paid half of the fee online and the other half at the store. The staff was not very familiar with the fees and overcharged us. Luckily, I had saved the receipt and got it corrected by showing it to them. When we returned the car at 2:30 PM, a few hours before our flight, no one was at the airport counter again. We had to leave the keys in their designated box. A few days later, they sent us a message asking for an extra AUD 400 for late return. Fortunately, I had taken photos and I'm now waiting for their response. If they continue to be unreasonable, I will fight for my rights. I advise everyone to take photos before returning the car, including the fuel gauge and the car's exterior, to avoid unnecessary issues.

I just don't know when the $100 deposit they deducted when I picked up the car will be refunded.

The location was very easy to find, right next to the train station. For car pickup, you provide driver information, get the keys, and the car. I bought full insurance, so just say 'no' to any additional requests from the staff.

No queue for car pickup, but staff is inefficient. The car listed on the pickup sheet was not at the international terminal. Had to wait about an hour for it to come from the domestic terminal.

They took advantage of my lack of English skills, added insurance fees directly to the contract without explaining, and had me swipe my card for a deposit before signing. Currently requesting a refund through the rental platform; this company is quite unpleasant.

Shouqi Car Rental in Melbourne actually uses Europcar, and I have to mention that the staff had a terrible attitude. My English isn't great, and when I didn’t understand a couple of sentences, the staff kept rolling their eyes at me. Later, when I had more questions and went back to the office, their reaction was like 'Oh no, not this person again!' They answered my questions while complaining to their colleagues. The entire experience was very unsatisfactory.
