Could not find Dollar rental counter on arrival and by the time we worked out it was through Thrifty we had to wait over 1/2 hour to be served. Were upgraded to a better vehicle so happy in the end

“The car was fine, but fuel tank was not full and the attendant lied saying that was normal.”

The counter stuff was nice at first, but when I pointed out to them that the fuel tank wasn't full, the girl made up a story saying it was a gauge problem, that others had the same issue and the tank was indeed full. That was a lie because twice I filled it up and it showed perfectly on the panel. That means Dollar did not give me a full tank as I deserved.
