This time they give third standard car with every side damage

During the pickup process, they tried to sell extra services. Also, the car rented in winter was fitted with summer tires, which caused the car to slip and resulted in an accident.

The rental store was deceptive. My bill at the store was over 1,200 euros, whereas I had already paid more than 500 euros online. I repeatedly confirmed that I had already purchased insurance and did not need additional coverage. The store staff, however, slyly insisted that the extra 700 euros was just a deposit and would be refunded if there were no issues. When returning the car, they claimed I had used the full insurance and signed the contract, so the order was closed and nothing could be done. This is not my first time renting a car in Italy, but it’s the first time I've encountered such a deceptive mandatory insurance practice. This is commercial fraud and I'm very upset, currently negotiating with the rental platform.

These people are pure fraud and robbers. I returned the car with full fuel even then these thieves never returned my security deposit of 80 euros. I kept on emailing them but thieves are thieves.

They gave me an Audi Q2 instead of Audi A4.

The car broke down on the same day. The towing service was quite good, but I had to take a taxi to the airport to get another car, which was inconvenient.

The car model was downgraded without a refund for the price difference. They even said that at my price, it's impossible to rent a BMW (implying that even if they have BMWs, they wouldn't give it to me), and forcibly downgraded me to a Fiat. They pushed insurance hard, claiming the insurance bought on the platform wasn't full coverage (even though I chose the most expensive option on the platform). Their attitude was okay at first, but it changed immediately when I said I wouldn't buy insurance on-site. In the end, I was forced to buy insurance under threats (even though I called the platform's customer service in China for help, they couldn't do much). It felt like the pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale attitudes were completely different. The experience was terrible, and I won't use Zuzuche again.

The staff coughed in my face and gave me pneumonia! They also charged me extra fees! Besides the accident damage, they charged over 40 euros extra! Never again.

The car was quite old but spacious. An honest-looking man added a bunch of insurance without informing me, which cost an extra 100 euros when returning the car. Fortunately, the rental car company helped me get it back.

The reservation was for a high-end automatic SUV, but it took a long time to negotiate before we got a Ford. The car rental company should refund me the price difference.

You show absolutely wrong car! They gave almost a van, which was really hard to park.

Charged extra fees without my knowledge

Absolutely avoid this Italian company, Budget. They are a rip-off. They push expensive insurance when picking up the car, and if you refuse, they give you an attitude. There's no staff present when you pick up the car. Even though we took photos of numerous scratches when we picked up the car, they were extremely strict during the return inspection and blamed all old scratches on us. They didn't acknowledge the photos we showed them. The damage estimate was shockingly high. Be very careful with this company.
