La camioneta fue muy buena!! Lo único que no me gusto de Budget en específico fue que no proveían servicio para regresar la camioneta en la terminal, por una tarifa adicional, a fin de no perder tiempo en traslados. En el caso de Dollar si me lo ofreció en una ocasión previa.

Fue efectivo, aunque no me bajo el precio de la renta.

Counter staff was friendly, but too persistent. Our insurance was very broad, but we were asked several times to upgrade it and also upgrade our vehicle.

Price Drop Protector was not activated because our price was already cheap. Nonetheless, it is a neat feature.

Budget did not have the 7 passenger SUV available and offered a 5 passenger SUV, which wasn't what we reserved or needed. So i ended up paying 80% more for a large SUV, which was great but not what I reserved.

They closed the drop off location and I was wandering in the road where to drop off the car and have spent extra 10 dollars taking the car out of parking and take it to airport drop off location. They never informed that they will close the centre when I picked up.it was terrible

I was told that I would be unable to rent the car because I had made an international booking and didn't have a international drivers license. I have a US drivers license, even though I reside in England. This was extremely frustrating and almost resulted in me not being able to hire the car. Upon booking, I saw a list of acceptable IDs, which included a US drivers license. The manager sorted it out, luckily, and I was able to hire the car after all. But I had an extremely negative experience with the person at the counter and whatever policy she was referring to seemed totally absurd. Why would I need an international driver's license if I had a US one?!

The counter staff Alison was very helpful and as all of us were really tired and needed to get our rooms at the earliest, she made the whole process really smooth. The car was great with enough room to take all our luggage. CRITICISM: Can you please specify which fuel the car needs on the keychain. I had to call your US customer service from my UK phone to find out if it was petrol or diesel.

They recommended upgrading to a 4-wheel drive due to possible snowy roads, which we agreed to for an additional $100. The car we picked up was a 7-seater, which felt oversized for our group of four with two 24-inch suitcases, but the 4-wheel drive was indeed necessary.
