The car was much better than expected and very efficient. We did have to wait about 20 minutes so was delayed in leaving with the car but the guy in reception was so friendly and apologised about the wait. The lady on drop off was very efficient and had us turned around in 10 minutes. Would definitely use again

Budget informed me that my insurance do not cover road side Assistance and towing is not covered also so window,mirror and Tires are not covered also many other coverage are not included and they asked me to sign

Budget tried to sell me insurance I didn’t need and the staff at the drop of place didn’t explained it at all.!! The car was not very cleaned and they have charged me the insurances on my credit card + my reservation who was already paid! I had to send lots of mails with my lawyer to get my refund! Be careful especially if your don’t speak very English because they take advantage. So I don’t want budget anymore! I had my money back 3 months after my trip! Budget and Avis are the same companies my same staff!! Again be careful

The drop of price works I saved a bit of money and the staff is very nice And helpful. They helped me with my problems with budget because budget didn’t reserved my car and charged me again for what I had already paid so EasyRentCars refund me. But I had to deal directly with budget for the insurances I didn’t want. Thanks to EasyRentCars to have found a solution

I was overcharged, I contacted customer service, and they refunded me.

I am a US citizen but because I booked during my service as a Peace Corps volunteer serving in Senegal, there was difficulty picking up the rental. They needed international identification, which I did not have. They worked with Easyrentcars though to sort out the issues and honored the rental voucher in the end.

The car pick-up and drop-off process is convenient and efficient. However, there might be an issue with additional insurance charges, but you can cancel it at the store if addressed promptly. It's important to pay attention to the rental contract.

There was sand on the carpet in the front of the car and also sand on the centre console. The inside of the windscreen had not been cleaned properly and when the sun hit it, it was hard to see clearly.

I've requested a car without an e-toll device as I was going to pay all tolls in cash, which I've done. Weeks after returning the car I was charged for two tolls that I've paid in cash. Send the receipt and company did nothing. Very Poor customer service. Will not use this again!

I picked up the car at 8:30 AM, arrived half an hour early but there were still many people. I waited in line for over an hour and the staff were very impatient due to various reasons. It felt like there are always long lines no matter what time it is. Even when I returned the car at 9 PM, there were still many people in line.

the contact number for emergency kept me for long time till got the call answered and that was during the accident were involved. got worried and the police came and helped me.

liked dealing with this company especially in the USA. I will keep using it for all my travel to the USA

Budget is quite dominant in Australia. This is my first time using Budget in the U.S. The main reason is the price advantage.

Budget initially directed me to a car that was not in the car park, I returned to the office where the staff found me an alternative car.

The car was damaged but the real issue was the cleanliness of it. Also the washer bottle was empty but when filled just after the hire when I noticed it, the water didn’t get to the front or rear screens -a legal and safety fail

Had an issue with first booking as you cancelled it administratively and I had real issues with resolving it by phone. I agreed a £50 voucher but got $50 and had to pay the difference in higher rental charges myself.
