BUDGET CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN UNITED STATES

Car was fine although I booked a smaller size of vehicle than we would usually use. GPS was awful, would constantly provide wrong directions or would make us do a Uturn to find out we had to turn around again after having followed the directions.

the car was great, the location was also good. only issue was that the lot at the airport is massive and badly numbered. takes ages to find the car. i upgraded to an f pace as they didnt have the exact car i ordered. the car was in the avis lot but they didnt tell me to look in that lot.

very good service at location. they accomodated my booking even though it was for a different location. 6 stars out of 5 for the team.

車両については問題無かったが、返却後、認識しない費用が請求されました。 予約時点では安全タイプを選択しており、新たな保険を加入する考えは有りませんでした。説明を受けた記憶も認識もないので、現在、カスタマーセンターが交渉中です。

Nice and easy rental

i had problems with my reservation with budget. at the counter they wanted to see my israeli passport and drivers license. i had the passport but no knowing i might need my foreign license i did not bring it. they at first refused to honor my reservation as is including all insurances and told me to try somewhere else. finally the manager said if i could show a boarding pass or something showing i was outside the usa when i booked the car they would honor it. i did not have my boarding pass but fortunately i found something issued by israel as i passed through passport control that showed i left israel on dec 19. it was stressful and i had no idea i would need documentation as i booked the reservation in dollars in english and i also have a new york drivers license.

great rates including insurances works well for me as i dont have auto insurance in america. but i dont recall anything on the documentation telling me i would need a foreign drivers license to pick up the car. perhaps it is just budget.

An extremely perfect car rental experience. The car was new and great to use, and the company's staff were very professional. Two lovely ladies helped us at pickup, and when they noticed the fuel wasn't full, they quickly filled it up. Efficient and pleasant service!

Car tires pressure was inconsistent on all four tires.

Budget didn't have a vehicle for me. I have a disabled daughter and specifically booked a minivan so we had space for luggage and wheelchair. After waiting over an hour at the rental counter I was sent to collect an "upgraded" vehicle. No vehicle in the alloted space - it had been given to someone else. In total over 3 hours before I had a vehicle and was able to leave the airport. Shockingly bad service. Never again!

The address takes you to 44th street but the entrance and office is actually on 43rd.

The service was quite good. I didn't know the procedure and went directly to the car rental area on the basement level. Although it was meant for Fastbreak Membership only, they still processed my request, which was very considerate. Thumbs up!

Reserve con casi un mes de anticipación y llegando al counter todo estaba en orden.Muy recomendable.

The vehicle is brand new but it could not start on the second day morning after I got it. Although I called the Budget Roadside assistance but the problem could not be fixed. Finally I found out that the keyless system of the key was failure even I changed the key battery. I went to the Budget shop in the city for help but they did not have same category of vehicle for exchange. I only used the emergency startup to start the engine every time in this 2 weeks.
