I reserved a RAV4 which is an F group vehicle, but was given an HRV which is a C group vehicle, resulting in a downgrade. The wait time was extremely long, and the whole process took nearly two hours.

The service was great, and the car pickup process was very quick. It only took 10 minutes to complete the paperwork after arriving at the store. The car was in excellent condition and had unlimited mileage, so we could drive as much as we wanted.

Waited nearly an hour to pick up the car. The staff was very friendly, but we were tricked because of the language barrier. Be sure to use translation software to read the terms before signing.

Service was slow and had additional charges

When I arrived at the store, I showed the clerk my car rental order and said 'I have already paid all the fees through a third-party platform.' I emphasized this again, especially when he asked for my credit card, saying, 'I have paid all the fees, I will not pay any more.' This male clerk kept saying he understood, but then he said because I was not a local resident, I needed to swipe my credit card. It turned out to be an extra service charge of $368.97, despite me making it clear, 'I will not pay for any other fee.' I am preparing to file a complaint locally in the US and request to check the footage of that day. Fight against this fraudulent store to the end!
