The drop off email could describe more specific . No postal code. And the first instruction about the drop off location is wrong.
The way to return the car is different between the real way. The letter says “put the key to the key box of the branch in the Frankfurt station”. Instead I return the key to the staff on the parking lot.

Thanks for your assistant on line.That’s really helpful on time to deal with all of my questions about the rent car.
1. Low efficiency, the queue time was extremely long. It took me over an hour when there were only five or six customers ahead of me;
2. They added over 500 euros in extra charges to the contract without informing me when I picked up the car. Fortunately, I spotted it and refused to pay;
3. The pick-up point is a ten-minute walk from the counter. The car was not filled up with fuel. After a long flight and long queue, I was too exhausted to argue, so I just accepted it;
4. At drop-off, they tried to charge an extra 460 euros. They handed me a 4-inch screen device to sign. I spotted it again and refused;
5. Everything was fine when I returned the car, but they still tried to scam me into buying personal and car insurance. This is just ridiculous;
6. Finally, they directly charged an extra 460 euros from my credit card without any signature or authorization, despite my two refusals. This is outrageous! Currently disputing the charge with the rental company and card issuer.
7. In all my car rental experiences across North America, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia, Budget at Frankfurt Airport is by far the worst!
There wasn't much of a queue. Since we arrived early and refused the upgrade, we still had to wait three hours to get the car. The experience was okay, as it was one hour earlier than the scheduled time.
Overall it's alright, but I still haven’t received the invoice. I've rented cars in Europe dozens of times and this is the first time it has been delayed this long.
The process for getting the car was good. I had trouble finding the drop off and the staff did not help much even after repeated calls. Almost missed my flight from DUS.
Though I had given the car back with full tank which was verified by Europcar representatives as well,I was charged Rs 7142.12 for fuel refuel and Europcar is unable to give exact reason for this.
Terrible service. Even though I showed the staff my order indicating I had already purchased full insurance, they insisted on adding insurance to the contract. Later, the staff claimed the extra payment was for fuel, but it included insurance, making me pay extra for insurance. Very deceitful.
Very, very dissatisfied with Europcar. On the day of pickup, they didn't inform us in advance that the store would be closed. When we arrived, we found out there were no staff working that day. After negotiating with the rental car customer service, there was no solution. I also tried contacting the airport pickup point myself but couldn't get through. After asking other rental company staff, we finally found the only place in Munich where we could pick up the car. We waited in line for over an hour, only to be told by a very unfriendly staff member that they didn't have the model I reserved. When I asked if they could contact the airport pickup point to check if it was open, they refused. In the end, I decided to go to the airport with a try-my-luck attitude. When I arrived, I found the store was indeed open, but no one had answered the phone earlier. By then, it was 4 hours past my original pickup time, and my reserved model was no longer available, so I was forced to upgrade. Although the rental car customer service said they would cover the difference, this pickup experience was terrible and made the elderly in my family very tired, greatly affecting our trip. I will never rent from Europcar again!
We booked a car through Zuzuche for five days and fully paid in advance to Zuzuche, but Zuzuche didn't transfer the payment to the car rental company. We were supposed to pick up the car at noon on October 3rd, but due to a train delay, a friend called to inform us that it was a National Day holiday in Germany and the car rental company hadn't received any payment or deposit. Therefore, they wouldn't hold the car for us. We rushed to the car rental company around 2 PM, but it was closed, and we couldn't pick up the car. The next day, there were no cars available either, so we ended up paying but never received the car! Meanwhile, Zuzuche kept making excuses and refused to refund our rental fee. We recorded a video on-site, and the AVIS staff confirmed they hadn't received any money and that we could get our money back if we didn't get the car under any circumstances. Despite this, Zuzuche continued to make excuses.
So, be very cautious when renting through Zuzuche!!!
Be careful of paying and not getting a car, as they don't prioritize customer interests at all. Unethical company!

A friend informed us that it was a public holiday in Germany that day, and the rental company hadn't received any payment or deposit, so they wouldn't hold the car for us. We arrived around 2 PM, but the office was closed, and we couldn't pick up the car. The next day, there were no cars available either, so we ended up paying for a car we never received. Zuzuche kept trying to avoid refunding our money, but we recorded a video at the scene where an AVIS employee confirmed they hadn't received any money and that under the circumstances, we were entitled to get our money back. Despite this, Zuzuche continued to evade responsibility.
Be very cautious when renting through Zuzuche!!!
They might take your money and fail to provide the car while not caring about customers' interests at all. A dishonest company!
