Good

Waited an hour for the car, but got upgraded to a larger model.

I was lucky to get a new car with only 14KM mileage. I drove carefully with no issues, and the inspection staff was friendly when I returned the car. Everything went smoothly.

The car was upgraded to a Volvo, which was great. The service staff, Miss Blanka, was very enthusiastic.

Wait for pick up excessive. Car almost new / good. Collected a Citroen c3 - dog of a car. Return smooth.

We arrived on time but the designated car model was not available. They offered a free upgrade which we did not accept, so we opted for a paid upgrade.

Very satisfied, especially with the patience and thoroughness of the guy at the pickup location. Great communication skills, everything went smoothly.

Excellent. The staff were very friendly and chatted with me while handling the paperwork, making the whole process very pleasant. Although I didn't get the Fiat 500 I wanted, they gave me a new Toyota Aygo that had only run 1000 km.

Good service at the store

1. They tried to sell me insurance, claiming that the one from Zuzuche wasn't valid. After arguing, I didn't purchase it at the store. 2. Online payment via Zuzuche was not accepted, and the store required full payment upfront. The duplicated charges haven't been refunded yet. 3. I booked a Ford SUV, but upon arrival, they said there were no similar cars available, offering an electric car instead. I refused and had to wait over 40 minutes to get a similar car, which was a KN. Very dissatisfied with the rental experience.

Excellent service

Although I mistakenly booked an electric car, I was able to switch to a brand new Skoda SUV at the store for an additional twenty euros per day. Very satisfied.

El servicio en mostrador es muy lento y malo, no son amables solo buscan la manera de cobrar más, a pesar de que ya uno trae la reservación completa en QEEQ.COM, por ejemplo les dije que estaría 3 días en Portugal y me cobraron por 9 días un"permiso para andar por Portugal" o no me lo rentaban. También me quisieron dar un carro más chico "fíat" a pesar de que ya tenía mi reservación por un Toyota, o que pagara por un Mercedes. Al entregarlo el tanque marcaba 8/10 y me dijeron que tenían que poner menos para que se registrara en el sistema. El carro lo entregué el jueves a mediodía y no me han liberado el apartado de "fianza". Son unos abusadores
