Like: Booking car was easy. Staff picked us up from airport and took us to their office. Car was clean and efficient. Drop off was easy too. Highly recommend the company. Dislike: Not knowing where the office was. Had to ask airport staff who kindly told us to call the company and they would come with a shuttle bus to pick us up.
The rental company is not at the airport and requires a shuttle bus. My son accidentally left his phone on the shuttle, but the rental company's staff found it and kept it safe. Very grateful!
No staff on duty and the keys were not left in the lockbox as agreed. I was stranded at the airport for two hours in 4-degree weather! According to airport staff, the lockbox for rental car keys was removed about six months ago, but the confirmation email from the rental company still directed me to the lockbox. The information is severely outdated.
Waiting for the car at the airport was okay, but at the store, no one spoke Chinese, so everything was communicated in English, which was manageable. The car was quite old, so I asked them to mark the scratches, and they were very cooperative. However, the deposit was supposed to be refunded within a week, but it's been almost a month and still no updates.
Like: Really impressed! Much better value than the others but no compromises. Car was excellent, neat, clean and ran well. Staff were polite. Very happy. Thank you!

Reserved a RAV4-class vehicle, but received a Holden Trax SUV, which is smaller than the reserved group. Attempts to resolve with the rental company were unsuccessful.
