WORST rental experience ever. Avoid this company!
Not only the long waiting time and failure to keep the car type I booked in advance, but they also charge you for the lost key after I returned the car and the KEY!
After I returned the car (and KEY of course), I found out that I left my sunglasses in the car. Went back to the garage and staff told me the car is open so go pick them up yourself (at that time he wasn't even dealing with other customers). I searched inside of car with IPhone flashlight, found my sunglasses immediately and looked around other seats too in case I left anything else in there. Nothing else.
30 minutes later, the staff called me and accused me of stealing key saying he left the key in the car but it's missing since I went there to pick the sunglasses and I am the last person who accessed the car so I am responsible for the lost key.
NONSENSE!
I did not see the key during the thorough search with the flashlight. And basically anyone could access the car since staffs are busy and NEGLIGENT and cars are wide open. It is HIS RESPONSIBILITY to keep the returned key safe.
When the male staff Bershile first called me, he was like "If YOU GUYS don't bring back the key right now, we will charge you $500." Treating me like a thief. I am so INSULTED. After 3 minutes of argument I went to the garage again to find the key myself, he changed his tone saying "I'm not accusing you right now. It's not my decision. Management will decide how much to charge you. Are you sure you didn't take the key by mistake?" Who knows if they are hiding the key to steal money from me?
I'm not paying for what I did not and I will fight back against this FALSE ACCUSATION, or SCAM. Avoid this company!
I searched his number in Google, then Green Motion Car and Van Rental showed up. Looks like they are famous for SCAM business.

Me cobraron un monto superior al que se indica en la reserva, un 100% del monto reservado, tuve que tomar el auto porque lo necesitaba y no tenía opción.

They didn't have an economy car available when I arrived and they charged me an additional expense of over $80+ just to drive off. They wouldn't let me have a vehicle without payment. I was very disappointed in this process.
Very disappointed at the fact that ACE keep their plate connected to their own sunpass. This made us not able to use our connect that car plate to our sunpass therefore we were stuck avoiding all toll roads not to be charged extra fees.
The staff was courteous and the car was nicely cleaned. Just a heads up Ace will make you purchase their liability insurance. Although that was the case, the rental was well worth the money spent.

They would not honor the reserved class and downgraded to a lower vehicle class. I don’t know if this was miscommunication between QEEQ and Ace or all on Ace but I won’t be using them again.

The reservation process went smoothly and the price dropped about $20 after I made the reservation. The big problem was that I didn’t get the vehicle that I reserved. I reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee or equivalent and Ace wouldn’t accept my reservation for that class and downgraded me.
No nos gusto que tengan publicidad engañosa, en QEED ya habíamos pagado 7600 y ACE según no cobraría un seguro básico y nos hicieron un cargo de 780 dólares, es un robo la renta nos salió en cerca de 24 mil cuando otras arrendadoras de auto cobraban entre 13-15 mil pesos ya con seguros incluidos

Tengan cuidado en vender los servicios de ACE, estamos muy molestos de que ustedes nos cobraron 7600 pesos por la renta del auto e indicaron que sólo pagaríamos el seguro del auto, en Miami ACE nos cobró por un seguro básico ñor una semana y miles de impuestos y cobros y cuando regresamos el auto nos hicieron un cargo de 780 dólares es un abuso, un robo ósea que la renta del auto salió en cerca de 24 mil pesos, 300 por ciento más de lo que ustedes lo anuncian. Nunca volveremos a comprar con ustedes y exigimos nos indiquen porque todos esos cargos nos cobraron
The car was not a problem however the staff at the desk was terrible and horrible to say the least and RUDE .First we were not aware that as residents of Las Vegas we needed to bring a utility bill -There is absolutely no statement or warnings during the booking process that was made as a requirement. She insisted for a utility bill /statement .We were asked specifically to bring an ID /Voucher /Coupons / credit cards but nothing about utility bills so here we are came in an Uber trying to rush back home to get a utility bill but then no guarantees when you come back to find any available car. Frustrated to say the least but the other attendants , ( the attendant that brought the car , took pictures and the one that gave you the car keys and point you to where you car was, were nice )

Yes very upset with ace I had marked down on my confirmation I did not want insurance extra insurance and they put it right on there and told us initial everything and charged us an extra $300 not happy with the experience at all!

The car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Is smelled of marijuana. Could not find out where my car was in this huge parking garage. And when I got the car I asked if I could trade it out but no other car was available. They said it would be over an hour and a half before another car came in. This car was for my wedding day. Highly disappointed. I would never ever tell someone to go to Ace. When I return the car and talk to the servicer that took the car and I told him my feelings and he totally agreed with me and said the cars are going away. Thanks Ace!
I ordered a car from JFK and I had no idea that it's not located at the rental area, instead I had to take a shuttle.
Unfortunatily I had no idea that the office is closed at night, it opens only at 8:00 AM, and I arrived there at 7:00 AM, and I needed to wait for an hour, there was also no telephone to talk before the opening hours.
