A bit disappointed because Budget didn't provide the same type of vehicle i booked luckily they provided me a brand new vehicle usage @ 2.5km but look smaller.

Why the car does not come with removeale carpet? I got my shoe with sands, I wish to remove it, but find it hard without the removeable carpet.

Low grade model. Lack of smart entry. Car was scratched up at the left hand side of the front lower bumper. But perfect customer service.

The service counter was right at the airport and was easy to find. It’s was no fuss organising to get the keys, and prepayment of a full tank of petrol for the car return was a great idea as it was much cheaper than getting it anywhere else.

It was quick and easy to book, and there were good discount vouchers as well. The service was fairly responsive especially when I had accidentally booked twice and had to cancel it.

Budget service at the airport is ok and I believe Hertz staff help out in the pick when the Budget staff were not available. The waiting time is about 45mins.

The car was not as large as expected. It was a Hyundai Kona which is smaller than a medium SUV.

The Budget system at the site crashed and they said they would manually record the reservation info from the Rent a Car website since I had already prepaid. On the return day, Budget charged me again, claiming they couldn't find the reservation in their system and instructed me to sort it out with Rent a Car. Now both companies have charged me, and there's no response or refund for the extra money I paid. If this issue isn't resolved, I don't think I'll book through this platform again.

The immediate confirmation is a great thing, i did a booking prior to that which need to be confirm with 1-3 days which eventually was cancelled due to unavailable of the particular car.

Overall experience was fantastic and I will go with them in future. I had rent from other companies during my trip to Melbourne and Brisbane and this is the best and in terms of pick up. Nothing can compared to the convenience.
