It is unreasonable to be informed of a holiday pickup fee only at the counter. I already selected a Sunday pickup when booking online; the fee should be included in the total price.

Overall, it's okay. However, when picking up the car, they said I still had some unpaid balance, even though I had prepaid in full. In the end, they let me take the car and said to call them if there were any issues.
Like: Customer representative, Xavier was really helpful in finding out whether I can extend my car lease and helped picked up the car from my hotel. Dislike: Better signage and direction to the Europcar outlet in KKIA can be improved greatly.
Like: the overall experience is great with the car, the pick up and drop-off with super friendly staff. Dislike: Would provide a very close to description car instead of a car totally off. As booked car is having a higher roof and hatch back. but only got a sedan instead.
The car was an old model Nissan Serena. When returning the car, I found it had been hit in one place. I am unsure if this happened before or after I rented it, but I ended up having to pay 400 MYR. Additionally, paying by card required an extra 300 MYR fee.
The pickup location is hard to find. The drop-off location is even more difficult to locate, not obvious at all, making temporary parking very inconvenient.
