The car was exactly as expected and the team were great in their customer service and shuttling us to/from the airport in a timely manner.

We were slightly awkward customers and kept changing details about where we were going to drop off/pick up the cars. At every point the staff were helpful and kind, and could always accommodate us whatever we asked for. It might be nice for them to make it clearer where drop-off points are not actually in the airport, though!

Everything was perfect

We did wait a long time to get a vehicle as the customer ahead did not have the correct booking information to hand and held up proceedings, and there was only one customer service rep serving at the time. The car had not been cleaned since the last rental, but the car performed as expected.

Overall it's okay. The process of picking up and returning the car is simple. There's a paper contract, and you just hand over the keys to return the car—no paper or electronic settlement for the customer.

The Counter staff did their job but weren't that friendly. Due to technical problems I wasn't able to receive a copy of the contract upon leaving the shop/ yard (= their printer was not working) and I was told it would be emailed to me ... and I subsequently found out it was emailed to someone completely different ... so perhaps now that 'wrong' person has got some of my personal information (= not happy about that). And the Staff didn't walk around the vehicle with me before I left ... and so IF there were problems (e.g. marks, scratches, damage) then there could well have been delays and issues upon returning the vehicle and leaving promptly/ efficiently. (Fortunately there were no disputes before leaving the shop/ yard.)

We knew we had paid for a budget car, but hadn’t thought the car we received would be as old looking as it was. The car was probably 10 years or older. That said, the car was very reliable and did its job. However, the age meant the car had many rattles from sun blinds, the dash etc.

Could have indicated how old the car would be.

I booked a Mazda 2 but got a Tiida with 170,000 kilometers on it. The air conditioning was poor. The return address was wrong as they had moved. It took over 3 hours to find the right place, and I had to pay for an extra day due to the delay.

Easy pick up and drop off. Good customer service and car was in good condition and very tidy. Highly recommended.

Staff were awesome and very helpful and the condition of the car was pretty excellent.
